Where to stay in St Julians

This is one of the top-rated resorts on the island, and the environment is excellent. We stayed during the Chinese New Year, and the front desk even upgraded our room! Although the bathroom facilities are a bit older due to the resort's age, everything is incredibly well-maintained. The outdoor pool is also heated, which is a very thoughtful touch! Highly recommend staying here.

The facilities are quite new, and the service is excellent, I'm very satisfied. You can walk to all the nearby attractions, and taxis are convenient. It's definitely worth staying here when you visit! Both the elderly and the children were very happy, and the sea-facing room had a beautiful view.

We stayed for 5 days in a triple room, which is very small, the terrace was also small with only one chair and space for one person. Breakfast was ok, a variety of dishes. Enjoyed a few days stay here at the Mercure. Just a street back from the busy food stalls and restaurants of Julian’s Bay. Nice modern hotel with a roof top pool and restaurant, staff were most helpful and parking was available on site. Room was fantastic - very spacious and every amenity required.

The view is currently unbeatable; the balcony is spacious with a panoramic view of the vast Mediterranean Sea, and the bedding is very comfortable with soft pillows. The indoor swimming pool is especially cozy and warm.

The sea view is nice, but that's all. The price is 200 euros a night, the room is average, the breakfast is generally okay but not very tasty and messy. The service is almost non-existent, and the front desk service attitude is average. But all hotels abroad are like this, so I can give it a 4 point overall

Great location. Food was OK if you are here for a day. They haven't changed the breakfast menu not once in the week I was here. It is ridiculous to say they have "spa and sauna". The room is not tiny, and the balcony and sea view are gorgeous. The provided breakfast is rich. But the clearness and efficiency are still needed to improve. We found the last customer’s belongings in the closet and some breadcrumbs on the table. More than that, there was yoghurt garbage in the trash can, and it didn't smell good...

Took a deluxe room which wasn't. No cupboards no drawers no towel hooks three small open shelves only. Small safe on floor that could be picked up and removed no bath mat. Plaster falling from wall. A bit disappointed to be honest as it was expensive. Nice view though.

Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Was not to noisy. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family. Lovely and affordable hotel for the location you are getting. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to move around Malta. Cost Effective Stay The breakfast options were good. The accommodations were ok, the bathroom grouting was poor causing minor leakage. The television service was very spotty.

We had a nice stay but there was no pen or pencil provided in order to fill in the letter from the hotel and we did not have any dental amenities in the room other than that the rooms were amazing with good air conditioning, a minus being no smart tv in the room .

Had booked a room in an apartment for four days, but it was so bad that after two nights I booked to come here. Wish I'd just booked here in the first place! Very comfy bed, quiet (even though I was next to the elevator), good WiFi. Will definitely book again when I come back
