The hotel is spotlessly clean and very attractive; it’s a great place to relax and unwind.

The hotel is brand new, with a shopping mall and restaurants all within arm's reach. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the fruits, especially the kiwis, are incredibly fresh. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – it's fantastic!

Personally, I don't think this hotel, whether it's the facilities or the staff's service attitude, lives up to a 5-star standard. During my stay, the TV was broken and wasn't actively addressed, and the bathroom door didn't close properly, causing water to leak.

Of course, the price for a 5-star hotel here is surprisingly cheap compared to other countries, so there's not much to complain about. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

I would be willing to return if I come back to Malta.

The room was clean and tidy, and they provided purified water, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. It was a great experience for a business trip, and being close to the sea added to the overall enjoyment. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Facilities: The room size is surprisingly large, I'd estimate around 30 square meters. The balcony view is quite nice. Breakfast can be ordered à la carte. The executive lounge is a bit basic, but it's good that breakfast is included.
Cleanliness: It was pretty good, but it's a bit disappointing that the housekeeping staff didn't even replenish the tea bags or clean the toilet during my multi-night stay.
Environment: It's quite close to the beach.
Service: It was okay.

Lovely, clean, nice smelling hotel close to everything. Impeccable service from every staff member. The gym is small but adequate. Rooftop pool has a nice view.
