Old hotel with old infrastructure. It was clean, service was great. Location was great, price was good.
Would totally recommend it to everyone and would be coming back.
Note - it’s located in party area - lots of activities and opportunities for food & drinks till late in the night. Noise did not reach the rooms.
Easy transport to all parts of the island
A TOTAL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ask myself how can a hotel with these unsanitary conditions still be open and servicing tourists EUROPE??!!
My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were not only unhelpful but also rude and sarcastic. They behaved as if they were doing us a favor just by responding to simple requests. Even worse, they promised one thing and delivered something completely different. Nothing matched what was advertised or what we were told during the booking process.
The room was disappointing, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this hotel. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place – it’s not worth your money or your time.
