The place was ABSOLUTELY DIRTY. The room had a strong MOLD smell, my friend immediately had an asthma episode, the air conditioning was not working, the bathroom was dirty, the bedding was stained with a yellowish color and a small blood stain on the already dirty curtains, at the end of the mattress I found black little dots in every corner of the mattress to make matters worse there was a soccer size ball hole in the glass door from where bugs were coming in the room. It was a total horrible place. I asked the “manager” ( he said that he was not the manager)to please go up to my room, but he refused to go check. He said that it was sufficient with the pictures that we took. I wanted to cancel my stay, but he said he could cancel but I was RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MY WNTIRE STAY!!😳 UNBELIEVABLE!! Not to mention that the entire time they treated me with a total passive aggressive tone.
A TOTAL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ask myself how can a hotel with these unsanitary conditions still be open and servicing tourists EUROPE??!!

Terrible Experience – I Would Never Stay Here Again

My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were not only unhelpful but also rude and sarcastic. They behaved as if they were doing us a favor just by responding to simple requests. Even worse, they promised one thing and delivered something completely different. Nothing matched what was advertised or what we were told during the booking process.

The room was disappointing, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this hotel. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place – it’s not worth your money or your time.

If your dream is to sleep with humidity as your companion, listen to music and traffic until late at night, and make friends with some local microbes, you've come to the right place. Cleanliness? A relative concept!
