Dont remember well how was it honestly

The hotel was pretty nice and staff was super friendly,however water n stuff was hella expensive since I needed it at night. The room was good,no view yet cozy, needed time to figure out how to turn AC on as it was quite an old model (used YouTube) otherwise the room was a 10/10 for the price

Hotel needs serious upgrade. Had to change rooms twice they were mouldy and smelling wet. I just then had to settle but it was not worth my money

I requested a quiet room but was put on a side opposite a noisy bar that went on till the early hours. No pool towels available so take your own. Was given the accessible room which was directly above the breakfast area/restaurant and you can hear the noise loud and clear all day and night, up until 11pm. I was here for one week on the presidential penthouse and the view was probably the best on the area. Was just a chaim the internet never work and the balcony sliding doors after been lock can be open from outside. The staff wasn't helpful wen I need step down weed my logage and they charge for everything thei do.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman that was doing our housekeeping was very polite. Our room had everything we needed. It was clean, had a big bathroom, and an equipped kitchen (bring dish soap and a sponge to do dishes though). There is wifi only in the reception area. Buggiba Bay bus station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was ok. Kitchen and bedroom in order. The sofa bed was broken. bathroom has seen the best of days years ago. No pressure when running the shower or a bath etc. Was told the place will close soon for about 3 months for refurbishment.

I had a great experience while I was with my class this April, from the welcome to the rooms to the waiters so kind and friendly, especially Alvin that was really perfect from the beginning to the end, he should be employee of the year. I Recommend it to everyone here in Malta.

We didn't have high expectations after reading some of the reviews, however for a 3 star hotel this is ideal! Good location, very central. The curtains and bedspread were dirty. The elevator is showing its age. The service was excellent. The lovely and friendly staff member was particularly amazing and deserves five stars. We were only there for one night. It was perfectly fine for one night. We wouldn't spend an entire vacation there.

General Hotel in the centre of town. Lots of construction around so was very loud from 7am. Mattress on one of the beds was absolutely dreadful and ended up using the temp bed instead. Ok for a night or two but wouldn't rely on it for the whole holiday.

Our room was very basic and small. 2 single beds just pushed together to make a double. You can hear the slightest noise from each of the rooms whether it be above, below or either side of the room. Staff was friendly and pleasant

We were very impressed with this hotel, We wasn't expecting too much as the photos and YouTube clips we'd seen didn't really sell the place. When we got there we were very pleasantly surprised, it was clean and a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are quite large and functional. I would definitely stop there again.

I had a great experience at The Triton. Despite arriving late at night, everything was well prepared for my arrival, including the door access code and the room key. The location is excellent, close to everything, which made getting around very easy. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

The air con and ventilation are not working and the room is always very humid and there’s always several insects flying around. The breakfast is quite simple but the sausages & bacons & eggs are way too oily. The juice is quite bad but the coffee/chocolate machine is good enough.

The property needs an update. The location is very good if you do not drive. There is limit parking on the street. Public bus is very handy. Breakfast is normal nothing special.

We stayed in a small room but it served our purposes well for our week in Malta. We felt safe. We enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. We also had the restaurant prepare a Caesar salad for take-out one day, which was delicious. All staff were very accommodating and helpful with any issues we had. We would stay there again.

Nice guesthouse and really kind staff. Located in a good area, within walking distance to some restaurants, supermarket, bathing areas. To the next bus stop it's a 3 mins walk so that you can discover the whole island very easily by public transport. Had a comfy room with awesome view at the harbor of San Pawl.
