White Dolphin Complex in St. Pauls Bay

This place is terrible it should be brought down, they ha 2 washing machines shared between 100+ residents in the complex, come to Tony the supposed to be caretaker he's not genuine together with the owner Peter, they are scammers.

i dont know where to begin with this awful tale,this awful excuse for a hotel is the worst most downtrodden place i have ever been to,i have stayed in hotels across the world from europe to the far east and this place was by far the the most disgusting cheap worst run establishment i have ever been,payed over 1000 euros for 24 nights to visit my friend in bugibba,so ill begin......on arrival safe door in room was hanging off its hinges,did no one check the room first? room was dark and musty smell inside,furniture was from from the 70s antique shop,fridge sounded like a generator, mould on the ceiling and side boards, door didnt lock properly lift next to my room was like a service elevator noisy as hell,staff were unhelpful and rude the manageress was even worse i had to "ASK"for my room to be cleaned after 5 days which was met with a response of im too busy today ill do it tomorrow "unbelievable" found 2 cockroaches in bathroom,pool was filthy rooms were dirty i left after 2 weeks and went to valetta and stayed in the castille hotel and when i returned to bugibba went to the topaz hotel both of which were fine please avoid this dump iv stayed in 5 dollar a night in the cambodian jungle that knock spots off this place AVOID

We would not reccomend this hotel. The room we were given was dark and smelly. The heating did not work. Two single beds were pushed together selling as a double room/bed. We upgraded for another room.that was slightly better, but no heating. As we visited during Christmas the room was chilly in the night. The hotel rooms/balconies dont get sun at all throughout the day.

- No phone service available to ring in case any query.
- hobs on electric cooker were broken in apartment booked. One out of 4 as in working condition.
- one sofa bed was broken which was asked to change after first night but was not changed after several reminders.
- Very poor customer service which needs to be improved by fixing the complaints instead of just taking the complaints by one one shift person and not passed to next one to fix the customer complaints

In general the quality in Malta is very bad.
compare to other hotels, this one is good.
In the room; the stove was not working, very old and disgusting.
the swimming pool is good
