Very clean & efficient,every other day fresh bedding,towels & toiletries.
The manager Graham was very welcoming & took an interest in his customers & eager to help in any way possible.
Always staff on hand for any problems big or small & keen to help.
Hotel is walking distance to nearby attractions,5 mins walk to bus station (which run regular to all mainland destinations),nearby entertainment surrounding the hotel for when the hotel bar closes??
Defo will stay here again!!
- Sala do Pequeno-almoço.
- Lift not working, food was basic and not enough variety, tv had no plug, air-con didn't work, no safe, toilet a bit iffy, smell of sewage in room, no tea/coffee facilities, had to trek down to reception (no lifts) and get from vending machine.
- Malfuctioned lift most days, no aircondition, no fridge, only hot water and cold water with with low pressure to wash.
