This is a huge modern complex of apartments mixed with what seem to be student flats. The apartment we stayed in for 4 weeks (Block F, flat 7) was nicely finished and the block itself is pleasant, however can be noisy with music and children and seems to suffer some intermittent power problems at times. Despite this it was suitably placed and a decent base for our stay.

Good sized apartments, very clean. Very central.Really friendly front of house staff. Only thing that let it down is the INTERNET is terrible!!!! Unusable.. so for longer stays keep that in mind

Yeah, don't have the full selection of knives, pots and pans, but not only for that, we in Malta come))) location - near Balluta bay, a beautiful Bay, good restaurants, local shops nearby, you can buy groceries, fruit, etc.

Noisy... very noisy! specially during the Summer. Owners don't care and rent to students and young people, which are disrespectful to locals. Full of AirBnB. Although building is modern, 2 minutes away to the promenade :)

Comfortable apartment, good service, well equipped and it was quite close to every thing, parking in the area wasn't too bad but the place has parking but remember to book it if you need it

Nice and quiet place. Grocery shop at the door steps. Very close to Sliema promenade. Perfect for families with kids.

Very good location. Close to seaside bouleveard, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Good grocery store on the other side of the street. In the apartment which we were renting (7th floor) there was a issue with water pressure and there was a bit too little natural light as for our taste. Overall, we can recommend though.

I cannot praise Depiro Point enough. I fly out regular for business and always request to stay here through my company. The staff Eloise and Heather are always so friendly and ensure my stay is welcoming and they cannot do enough for me. We are actually becoming friends. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a central location in Malta with staff who will bend over backwards to assist you with anything you require. Fantastic! Rooms are clean and modern and internet access is very good.

Good size rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Apartment was very clean. As its on a complex can be a little noisy. Ours was top floor so got the sun on the balcony, lower ones probably not so much. Depending on position views may not be much although our rear balcony did have a nice view of St Julian's. Easy walking distance of St Julian's bay and Sliema. Good bus links.
