Based on the reviews, I didn't expect much, but the location is excellent, and the rooms and cleanliness are great too.

Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain. This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the *****. Doors are locked at night for safety.

The hotel is old and decrepit … the rooms are old, beds uncomfortable and the gardens are not attended to. The breakfasts are awful, with canned fruits and scrambled eggs that can bounce off the floor… bacon is overcooked … it’s a mess… and the hotel is run-down

Read a lot of views about rude staff and this was not the case. I feel that staff are being rude to and that when you are respectful you are treated accordingly. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready even by 2pm but by 2.30pm we was assigned another room that was bigger due to the wait. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean a few things need doing such as a stiff shower door or a little bit of a leak from the air con but no major issues. In good location and wasn’t too loud considering it’s a busy area. Bus route to the main areas and airport was only 2-3euro only issue is the tv, small and not smart so couldn’t log into our Netflix and channels are mainly news or in German and no kettle in room with tea or coffee, can get one and a iron from reception for a deposit which you will get back when you return them.

Our room was on their extended bldg. The way going there from the main check in counter was too dark. The flood blocked our way going to the extension. We need to give deposit of 20euro only to have a water boiler (kettle) in the room. They don't even provide atleast 1 bottle of water. An expectation failed for me...

Terrible hotel looks nothing like the photos needs some serious attention we booked 3 nights without checking reviews our mistake! We lasted 10 minutes room smelt of damp dangerous switches urine in the toilet! We did not get a refund either!

+ A perfect location close to the beach.Friendly staff. A big and clean swimming pool.The nice and large portions at the restaurant.
