Reviews
FREE WIFI! With good reception in rooms too!
We had our towels cleaned every day, rooms are comfortable and great for this price we paid. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. The indoor swimming pool is very warm, however I was disappointed that there was no sauna (in some old website listings it was mentioned that they did have sauna at some point, but not longer the case). Jacuzzi was very warm in the first few days, but with luke warm water the rest of our stay.
7 euros city tax for 2 people.
They offer evening entertainment 2-3 times a week with some live music, which was enjoyable.
The hotel is very clean and smells pleasant.
Nice cocktails at the bar.
Generally I would recommend this hotel, you get what you pay for!
Very nice first 10 days , then some staff are arrogant and disrespectful and always
Don't care about costumers, the even lies
About them duties so that's it.
All good no more issues, I will update anything. 12/29 days
So at least also staff aggressive and disrespectful always come to fight
Very bad éducation, 17/29days
As I asked before , got the refund
Talking about singolar people waiters an hall staff all men, restarant food
Good for few days not long periods
No raccomendet bad smell and same tipe of food . Central air conditioner controled by the hotel so always cool so swim pool also cool many times.
To start with the positives: the staff in the restaurant were very kind (special thanks to the Serbian staff who were extra welcoming), breakfast was great with a good variety, the pool was okay (though it would have been better if it was deeper), and the massage was excellent.
However, that’s where the good things end. Lunch and dinner were very poor and absolutely not worth paying for. Drinks aren’t included unless you pay extra, which makes the “all inclusive” option pointless. The bathroom was badly designed, the shower had no proper handheld head, which made it nearly impossible to wash without getting your hair wet (a real struggle especially for women). On top of that, we even had ants in the bathroom and in the room. The cleaning staff came daily, but the problem never went away. The beds were two singles pushed together and kept sliding apart, because there was no option for a double bed.
The elevator was extremely slow and frustrating. Often it would stop at random floors without reason instead of taking you directly where you pressed, which made every ride unnecessarily long and annoying.
The noise was unbearable. School groups were staying in the hotel, running around, slamming doors, and shouting, even late at night. In the mornings, cleaning staff slammed doors and made noise in the hallways, and there was constant construction work outside. Soundproofing is terrible, you can’t rest during the day or sleep in peace at night. Breakfast hours are also very short and early (7:30–9:00), which is unusual compared to most hotels.
The “playroom” was useless, the pool table was in such bad condition it couldn’t even be played properly (there wasn’t even a white ball), and nothing else worked either.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It does not deserve four stars, and unless it goes through serious renovation and better organization, it’s simply not worth staying here.
The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, especially at the front desk where the attitude is petty and unfriendly. There is absolutely no view despite the name “Bella Vista.” Cleaning staff start knocking on doors at 8am we’re supposed to be on holiday, not in military training.
Meal times are ridiculously restricted: breakfast only until 9am and dinner finished by 8pm. This is a tourist island full of visitors, not a retirement home. The food is always the same, lacking variety, with poor sweet options. To make matters worse, the coffee and juices are simply undrinkable.
Overall, this hotel fails in almost every aspect: service, food, atmosphere, and hospitality. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting even basic standards of a 4-star hotel.
