A Stunning Transformation! 5-Star Feel and Exceptional Mauritian Hospitality
I recently stayed at Pearle Beach Resort with my family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Having seen the hotel after its recent renovation, I can say the difference is incredible—it truly feels like a 5-star resort now.
The Rooms & Facilities:
The rooms were excellent and everything was in perfect working order. A standout feature for us was the clever bathroom design; having the toilet in a separate, enclosed area is a thoughtful touch for both privacy and hygiene. We had a beautiful view looking out toward the sea, which made waking up every morning a joy.
Beach & Activities:
The pool and beach areas are impeccably maintained. There are plenty of free activities to enjoy. While some water sports depend on the sea conditions, I actually appreciated that the hotel prioritises safety when the water is rough.
Dining & Service:
The service and food were a perfect 10/10. The buffet offered absolutely delicious, authentic Mauritian cuisine while still providing plenty of variety for international tourists. What really made the stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was so smiley, welcoming, and genuinely friendly—a complete breath of fresh air.
The Highlight:
To top off an already great stay, we were treated to a performance by the legendary singer Didier Clarel and his wife. It was an incredible evening and a memory my family will cherish.
Verdict:
Pearle Beach has truly raised the bar. Between the high-end renovations and the top-tier service, we couldn't have asked for a better family holiday. I truly hope to come back one day!

It was the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. Upon arrival, we were left to unload and carry our own luggage to the room without any assistance. At the reception, I was informed that the minibar was empty and that I could collect items from the bar myself and take them to my room. However, when I attempted to do so, a staff member rudely stopped me and said that I was not allowed to take any food to my room. I then asked to speak with the manager, Mr. Nitish, but unfortunately, the experience only got worse. He was extremely arrogant and showed no professionalism or willingness to assist. He simply repeated that taking anything to the room was not allowed, without offering any proper explanation or solution. At the bar, I ordered peanuts, but what I received was unacceptable — they were clearly stale and tasted rotten. When I raised this issue, the staff responded dismissively, saying that was all they had. It would have been far better not to serve anything at all than to offer something of such poor quality. There were several other issues during my stay, but overall, the service, attitude, and quality were deeply disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Pearle Beach Hotel & Spa on the 19th of March 2026, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the team made all the difference. A special thank you to Mr Dave Bundhoo, Thierry, Nitish, and Julieta for their outstanding hospitality — each of you contributed to making the experience truly memorable with your attentiveness and genuine care. The ambiance of the hotel is simply beautiful — serene, elegant, and perfectly in harmony with the coastal surroundings. The room décor was tastefully done, offering both comfort and a sense of refined relaxation that made it easy to unwind. The complimentary champagne and fruit salad were very appreciated. The food deserves special praise — absolutely excellent. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of flavors, beautifully presented dishes, and high-quality ingredients that truly elevated the dining experience. A heartfelt appreciation as well to the spa therapists, whose expertise and calming presence provided a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Overall, this stay was a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and heartfelt service. I leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning again. Highly recommended!

Really lovely relaxing stay! We loved the location - beautiful beach and our room had great garden and sea view. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, efficient and couldn’t do enough for you! I had 4(!) fantastic treatments at the Spa with the fabulous Anshika! 3 massages and a facial - all wonderfully relaxing! We enjoyed the food- we were all inclusive so buffet style but a good variety and the beer and wine were fine. My only slight criticism is some of the music was very loud and hip hop on occasions - it was much more relaxing by the pool when older smooth classics were played…..🎶

The property is beautifully maintained, offering a serene atmosphere complemented by excellent cuisine and a truly comfortable stay. A special and heartfelt mention goes to Mr. Dave Bundhoo whose professionalism and genuine hospitality elevated our visit. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making us feel both welcomed and valued throughout the day. An outstanding destination where thoughtful service meets refined comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Even after our fourth visit to this wonderful resort I felt I must review.over the past fifteen years we have returned here as it has that special magic that other resorts sadly lack.its superb location on the beach allows easy access and ideal sunbathing lounging as well as a dip in the sea.a walk along the beach is a must.the rooms are well designed and recently refurbished.an excellent bar awaits overlooking the sea with new seating.a more than spacious dining room with outside space allows a perfect choice where to eat.the food is well presented and more than enough choices to eat including freshly cooked.i must give special mention to the excellent staff who are first class and always friendly.jullietta,vidya,sandi,Soham and Patrick amounst the others stand out as special.we will revisit this resort again and enjoy its charms as well as its spa for another massage.

The hotel was very recently completely renovated to very good standards. We found the room very comfortable and big, the very large bed also extremely comfortable, and the quality of the furnishings of high standard. The staff is super generous and helpful. We stayed for 6 days and had an excellent time at the hotel, mainly beachfront lazy time with the bar close by… the atmosphere in the hotel is that of a small and very cozy place - you don’t feel like in one of those massive touristy hotels. The feeling was more of a family run place. Staff was always very accommodating, smiling and courteous. The restaurant food was superb with a large choice of local and international cuisine- for all tastes and ages. We’d definitely go back!!

We recently had a nice stay at Pearle Beach Resort and Spa, A Tropical Paradise in the west of Mauritius( Flic en Flac). From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the hospitality was second to none. Outstanding Management & Staff The true heart of this resort is its team. A special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Dave Bundhoo, such a humble man, whose leadership clearly reflects in the seamless operation and welcoming atmosphere of the property. We were particularly impressed by the personalized attention from the staff: Mr. Nitish (F&B Manager): Mr. Dogger (Maintenance Manager), Mr. Hemraz, and Mr. Rampersad Provided exceptional service during our meals, always attending to our needs with a smile. Cleanliness & Comfort The rooms were impeccably clean and provided the perfect sanctuary after a day in the sun, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment. Overall a very beautiful experience. Helpful staff..very beautiful view from the room. Very clean and the food was equally amazing. The entertainment was colorful and vibrant and got everyone dancing. Perfect for families.
