The room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom and massive bed. They offer pick up from the airport even though it’s a bit confusing the steps of communication, the girl at the phone was not helpful at all.
I had to call different times until a nice man picked up and clarified the steps to order the transfer and the pick up location.
The room was quite cold and there was no heater.
Other than that it was everything else was great

Facilities and amenities were good. Service was ok, not easy to contact the hotel to arrange late check in and airport transfer. Also, had to walk quite a bit to get to the airport transfer door. Initially booking was not found by hotel staff, so I had to contact Trip.com to clarify.

Quick night stay for late night flight very convenient but shuttle does take long. Other than that room clean and comfortable

Facilities: The public facilities are a bit run-down and not repaired, but the room facilities are quite good. However, I didn't know how to turn the sink drain on or off; I spent a long time figuring out how to do it after turning it off.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness is fairly good.

Service: There's an airport shuttle bus, which is quite convenient.

Overall, it's a very good choice for this price.

I tried contacting them in many ways to receive my invoice, which I also requested while at their offices, and no one ever responded. Don't rely on their shuttle service because it's never on time. Their customer service is terrible.

It's a renovated hotel, very nice. The room is spacious. It includes an airport shuttle, and the staff was excellent.

We went to the hotel just to sleep because we had a long connection.
The room is very nice, but it feels strange.
The kitchen is very tasty, but it's very expensive.
The airport shuttle service is excellent.
The staff is super friendly.

Not bad hhh The environment is average but the hygiene is good, the service is good, the restaurant is ok, there was a little difficulty when checking in but it was solved quickly, the perfume smell is very strong.
