Great stay in a perfect location in Mexico City. Exe Suites Reforma is extremely central, just three streets from Ángel de la Independencia. The area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do, which made everything very convenient.
Check-in was smooth and they didn’t require a deposit, which I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were excellent, the room was completely dark even in the morning, which made for great sleep.
The only minor issues were in the shower. The drainage was slightly clogged and water accumulated during use, and the shower head had a small break in the back causing some water spray. These were small maintenance details and did not ruin the stay.
Overall, I would stay here again for the location and comfort.

Terrible experience at an old hotel. I left my luggage at reception to walk around the city, and when I returned, multiple items were missing from my bags — including my AirPods Max, which had been packed deep inside. Absolutely would not recommend staying here.

The room is average. My cousin, nejjdfbbf, can still get it. Jiangsu kids are too busy to warm up. Your device's core is essential. Have you arrived home yet? I really love it and want to know why! 🧐! If you're not here, go to your friends. 👫, where did you eat? Where is it? Honey.

I was contemplating if I should even bother writing this review because my review would be: don’t bother. Great location though and the room is big. Facilities are quite dated but functional.
Purely emotional since the receptionist ruined my holiday mood by explaining to us why the room we booked (king bed) was no longer available since we paid for early check in for a 2 twin beds room (the only room available when we arrived at 5 am)

How is it possible that this place has 5 stars?
When i arrive first night my bed was dirty. There were stains and a lot hairs on my bed. I asked them to change and the next day the bed duvet was full of stains. It was so uncomfortable and disgusting. I asked them to change it again. On the third time bed duvet again had stains but this time i stopped asking to change. Because it was getting worse. I stayed there 4 nights and it was completelt uncomfortable. I couldnt even sleep.

Customs problem. I didn't check in on time on the first day. The front desk refused to acknowledge it on the second day. I wasted a few days' money. Ctrip didn't give me any explanation. Rubbish

The room is large and spacious, which is very comfortable; but you can only check in after 3 pm, so you need to pay attention to your arrival time; the hotel is in a convenient location, with shopping malls, convenience stores, coffee shops, etc. outside.

Auntie cleans very seriously every day and even helps me wash the dishes. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is poor. The bedside charging socket is connected to the table lamp at the bottom. It is very uncomfortable to charge.
