The tv of the room is very small and cannot watch neflix.
The room is not the best, no coffee maker, no iron.

Everything was great, the facilities were very pleasant, and the service was excellent.

The front desk staff were incredibly flexible and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so I was able to sleep even during the day without any disturbance.
The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, the hot water was reliable, and the breakfast was both healthy and delicious.

the property cancelled my booking WITHOUT my knowledge nor Expedia's. We were being told at 10:30 pm as we arrived to the location after a full day journey from California 😵💫

Please do not fall for the hype around this “hotel”, the room I got was run down, holes/rips in the blanket, stank of sewage, the shower dripped, the toilet wasn’t sealed/was coming apart, the sink had no plug/stopper, there were ants in the bathroom, no ventilation.
Yes, breakfast is included, yet they do not tell you that you have to walk a block to another of their “hotels” for it, no mini fridge, no room service, no telephone.

Great location. Room average but bathroom was very dirty in all corners. My towel had a huge hole in it, which they change after letting them know. Our sink didn't drain due to dirty pipes (the dirt and hair would flout around in the water that wouldn't drain). Poor lighting , no fan. Room description said it had kitchenette which ours didn't. ONLY good thing was the location.

We went for the Taco Bar experience and 9 of the 11 dishes were outstanding, the portions are perfect for the number of dishes you will get. All in all, every dish was strong and distinct on its own. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Worth the hype and the bar menu (which is what we can judge only) is casual yet special

We had high expectations for Pujol and unfortunately left feeling completely underwhelmed and disappointed. For a restaurant that is supposedly one of the best in the world, our experience was far from first class.
To start, we arrived on time for our reservation and our table was not yet ready. We waited 10-15 minutes before we were finally seated. Even once seated, they did not offer to take our coats.
I told the waiter right away as we were ordering that I had a peanut allergy, and he said the mole contained peanuts and he would replace it with something else.
This did not happen.
I was still given the mole and had to ask for the replacement dish while my partner’s mole sat idle getting cold while waiting for my dish to arrive.
For the most part, the food lacked flavour throughout and was often served lukewarm.
I expected way more and would not return. The whole experience was overrated and frustrating. Very disappointed.

Phenomenal experience. This was my favorite dinner to date. The tasting menu and pairings were top notch. We will be dreaming of the octopus with habanero ink and the mole for a time to come!!!

Refined dining experience involving a unique take on Mexican cuisine. Plating is beautiful and techniques sophisticated. Fixed menu price is approximately is ~2,000MXN which is good value compared to similar experiences in the US, but of course, an insane price in Mexico.

Phenomenal food, service and experience. Coming here was one of our main reasons coming to Mexico and it didn't disappoint. Every aspect of this was outstanding. Highly, highly recommended

By far the best service we'd had in any restaurant. We had a large party of 6 and they had 2 guys assisting our waiter. We ordered the fixed menu and we're quite pleased with the array of food and use of more native foods. Excellent ambiance and flavors that will stay with you for a long time. Excelente!!

Great presentation however the food lacked flavour and taste for all four of us. We ended up ordering reruns of corn tortillas to fill up. Service could be better- we had to ask 3 people for the same thing. Wine - the Mexican red by the glass - was delicious ! All in all was ok - won’t be coming back.

With only 1.5 days in Mexico City - reservations at Quintonil, Biko and Pujol - I can say with confidence that our dinner at Quintonil surpassed all. Each dish was so unique and full of flavour, using many textures and well balanced. The use of traditional ingredients like cactus, corn, plantain, beans and even escamoles - or ant larva - in a modern way was inspiring to a person who does not regularly eat such things. Standouts were the charred avocado tartare, "salbut" with wild mushroom confit and the nixtamalized "vaquita" beans. The deserts, especially the sweet "milpa" corn ice cream, was incredible. In addition to the fantastic food, the wine pair, or rather alcohol pairing, was spot on. Obviously a well thought out drink program as the wine, cocktail, beer, sake and sherry brought out the best in each dish. Service was also very pleasant and professional; we felt lucky to have eaten here. I could eat this same meal a hundred times over - thanks Quintonil, I will never forget my experience here!

A meal I will never forget. The tasting menu is unbelievably good value for money. Every dish was full to flavour, freshness and lightness of touch. Presentation of the dishes is outstanding and the staff are the final flourish to this outstanding restaurant - kind, friendly and welcoming.

One of the best kosher establishments I've been to! This establishment cares about the both the food's presentation and taste. The bread here is wonderful. The reason I'm not giving it five stars, is because the service is kinda all over the place. Well meaning servers, just a bit disorganized.

First of all, the service was excellent and the ambience absolutely great! Beyond that, the food was delicious. I highly recommend going for traditional dishes like the tampinquena and the corn and pablano empinadas. I also recommend the gaucho salad. Only thing I didn't love was the bread, but honestly l, who cares. I was in Mexico city for 4 days and I ate here 3 times.
