Location is great. A lot of restaurants around hotel.

Still, it’s a good place to stay, especially since it’s close to everything.
Would recommend hotel pf and to see Itzel with any questions or issues to get them solved
The rooms are average, but they don't have a desk as shown in the photos, which is inconvenient if you're traveling for work. I arrived at night. If you have a reservation and everything is paid for, it's illogical to ask for physical ID when you can use digital ID. I asked to go up to my room to get my documents from my suitcase since I was coming from a very long and arduous trip from Bogotá. All my documents were in my suitcase. I had to open it at the front desk, which was very inconvenient and complicated. When I could go up to my room, I could get them and bring them to them in 5 minutes.
Their facilities are already old, the air conditioning is too noisy, every day between 8:30 and 9:00 they'll ask if you want your room cleaned. I had to put up a "do not disturb" sign to have privacy and be able to work in my room. You can hear noise from every room. The furniture is very old, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. On my last day, even though the "do not disturb" sign was up, the maid came to check if I was still in the room when checkout was at 1:00 p.m.
During my stay, they never changed the sheets; they left me the same towels. They even told me that because I took the comforter off the other bed, it was obvious I was cold. There are no blankets. I had to request one.
I had to put up a "do not disturb" sign so they would let me work and have privacy in my room. Although you can hear all the noise from the other rooms, if the toilet flushed in the room next to me, the one in my room would turn on. The last day I also had the do not disturb sign, which they didn't care about, and they came knocking again at 10 am saying they thought I had already left when checkout was at 1 pm. An hour later, I asked another maid if the princess had finally woken up. Did she think I was too bossy not to be disturbed? I guess that's why I pay! And I decide whether to disturb me or not!
The WiFi is terrible, it doesn't work well, and if you think you're going to be able to work with it or use it for a video call or Zoom, you won't be able to do it well.
Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
We were a bit skeptical about going in, but decided to do so anyway.
I am a vegetarian, so I am used to eating only salads, when I am in Mexico.
Surprisingly this place had couple of vegetarian options available.
I had a chance to eat couple of dishes.
1) "Arroz de Lentejas" or "rice with lentils : The rice was well cooked, but it was a bit bland. They do offer spicy green salsa, chopped onions and chopped green chilies. Once I added little bit of all these, the rice tasted very nice. I ended up eating two plates instead of one. I would rate it 4 out of 5.
2) Falafel / Falefel : This dish was very nice and I enjoyed it till last byte. They put pieces of falafel/falefel into Pita bread along with chopped veggies and some sauce. After so long, I had a nice experience of eating something vegetarian and tasty in Mexico city. This one definitely gets 5 out of 5.
The friends I went with had few non vegetarian dishes. And they enjoyed it too. General consensus was, we could visit the place more often.
The best part is, the place offers the food at comparatively low prices. For 4 of us, having proper meal, the total bill was around MXN$350.
Things to note:
-They don't accept cards
-Cash only place
-Seating is limited, not very small but average sitting space.
-You might be skeptical about entering the place, but trust me you won't be disappointed.
-Lime water was very good.
-Very near to many office places so easily accessible even by walk
Definitely recommended for small group of people who want to have something nice and something different from routine food, that too at cheaper rates.
