This hotel is safe and clean. Front desk staff is always changing. I know as I have been staying here for years. It's pretty accessible to many of the historic places. The rates are a little high... I think there are more options within walking distance from Alameda park.

Perfect place right at center of historical part of mexico. Easy access to taxis and right next to many shops and China Town. Friendly staff and clean rooms, would highly recommend.

Well... I am in CDMX very often and have my go to hotels. I went against my best judgement and stayed on a friend's recommendation. Rooms: bleh and stuff but water pressure and wifi good. Staff great. Location is technically central depending on what you want oitt.of mexico city. I do dislikt when hotels in cdmx are ultra strict on early check in and always charge an extra night for early chrct in when they know a majority.of long haul flights arrive beofre 0600. Anyways wouldn't stay again but if hour not picky its fine meh. Note: one working elevator and staying on the 6th floor was a nightmare. And also rules out any handicapped accessible options

My husband and I spent Easter weekend there. The staffs were wonderful. I’d like to thank Elizabeth especially at the front desk. She was very patient and super helpful when we found ourselves in a tough situation on arrival. So thank you all!

Great place to be in the middle of the Historic Center, a small, convenient store and pharmacy right in the corner. You can eat there, and it is good food, specifically breakfast, but there are so many great options outside, too! The whole hotel is very nice, clean, and has a great price and feels safe. The style is like old school but doesn't feel outdated. Wifi is not the best, but with some patience, it works. People and service is excellent.

The room is not big but very hygienic. Good location! There is Chinatown right at the door. It is convenient to eat. There are Chinese food🥟 and there are many choices for breakfast! Very close to Constitution Square and very close to the Palace of Arts!

The house is very small and has no air conditioning. The old-fashioned ceiling fan on the roof is very loud. The table facilities are old, the sheets and quilt covers are old, and the bathroom hygiene is OK!
