Check was well, but when we got to the room, the TV did not work the Internet they have service and finally the front desk informed us that there was no water at the hotel. We stayed there for about two or three hours and left worst experience ever and I’m trying to see if I can get a refund for the hotel.

Only stayed one night, but it was exactly what we needed! Rooms were clean, great location to walk around and explore the heart of Oaxaca. Parking garage within the Hotel was very convenient and safe. The only downfall was the noise level we could hear within the halls in our room. Other than that it was great!

We had a wonderful stay, service is outstanding and staff goes above and beyond to support guests. Room had AC which was nice and the beds were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was on the low side but we could live with that. Will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is very good, although it has many details that make it expensive for what it offers, such as the very hard beds, the rooms smell bad, you can hear everything from the other rooms and some of the employees are very rude

Great location, walkable to all the main attraction. There is a 24/7 convenience store around the corner. Staff is helpful they scheduled taxi to take us to airport early in the morning. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Shower do get really wet.

Excellent Hotel!!! Centrally located near lots of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Staff was friendly and professional. Only bad thing was a group of kids that knocked on our door and ran off at 3am. I would definitely stay again

When checking in I didn't like the receptionist she wasn't very welcoming. Being our first time there I would have hoped that they would have explained all the amenities what the hotel had to offer and their location. We were offered two welcome drinks however we had no idea where or how to use the coupon, so we didnt. What was great about this hotel was the location and it's close proximity to all the tourist attractions and we received exceptional service from the bell man/porter. He was very welcoming and helpful when I couldn't use my key after I checked in, he was kind enough to go to the front desk for me and get the key reprogrammed.

I've been here for ten years, at least. Not the greatest, but competitive. So we decided to spend new year's eve 2017 here. It was a joke, bad food, bad drinks, horrible service. I will never return. Avoid at all cost.

Lovely atmosphere and good service. Our salad was delicious and we liked the silvestre mushroom soup. Outstanding was the tamarind mole sauce, although shrimp were a tad overcooked.

Great place to eat traditional food. Do not ask for tuna because is not fresh and be patient with the service, because is crowded and sometimes the waiters don’t come immediately to take the order.

Nice food. Very delicious and pleasing to both eyes and stomach. The place is crowded and loud but has an overall nice vibe. The wait staff could be much more proactive. You can go there anytime, they have a convertible sun roof.

Bad experience here tonight. The food is acceptable, but not special. You would expect more for tourist pricing.

But worse: the service is awful. We waited more than 45 minutes to get our meal. The waiters did not care to look at us, but just planted the plates on the table and moved on. They clearly prefer laughing around behind the bar over actually doing their work. Not once did they ask us whether we would like another drink or if everything was fine. Even getting the check took 15 minutes...

Hands down one of the best places in Oaxaca to eat! The food was always great and the margaritas wonderful. I went there all evenings during my stay in Oaxaca. The Aztec soup is a MUST!
