Great hotel. Two blocks off the Main Street which helped with noise. One block from the public shuttles to the beach. Rooms super clean and front desk staff was awesome

The property is conveniently located in the central area of Tulum city, close to the Avenue Tulum. It was always clean, breakfast was simple but good, and everyone was very nice, welcoming and helpful. We rented bikes from the reception, that was super easy. And with the bikes you can go to the ruins and the national park with the public beach area. The hotel is very basic, so don't expect any luxury, but it's great value for the money, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Kin-Ha provided a simple, clean room with a nice breakfast served under the rooftop palapa in a quiet, perfect location. The staff is kind and accommodating and the property has parking. I would stay here again and highly recommend Kin-Ha Tulum.

Nice little hotel
Great location, easy walk to anywhere in Tulum. It felt much more local than staying in a big hotel. I liked all the plants and rooftop area. Room was small with two single beds rather then two doubles. I enjoyed the stay

Excellent ubication near the commercial area, quiet and safe

This hotel is decently priced close to the center of Tulum. This place has hammocks in front of the rooms. The rooms itself are decent and the one I stayed in was with air conditioning. The bicycle rentals were for hotel guests only and they were very reasonably priced compared to other locations. We were able to tour the town and take the bicycles to the beach and the ruins of Tulum. I remember the day and night staff very pleasant. The included breakfast wasn't the greatest in the world but reasonable considering the price. I would stay at this location again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Tulum.
