Tulum, Carretera Federal Chetumal-Benito Juárez (20 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff was amazing. Juan helped us and checked in on us throughout the stay which was amazing. His other staff members Alfred was a great server, Alfredo was helpful upon our initial welcome, and Aaron making the night shift smooth. It was clean, smooth, delicious food, kid friendly. Will definitely be returning.
Room was clean and resort staff friendly. Food was good and lots of amenities. The only negative was AC not working at night
Amazing and very friendly staff. Phenomenal food and entertainment. Very clean facilities.
Everyone was so friendly. The room was immaculate and the grounds, restaurants and pool areas were spotless
Excellent resort with so many thing to do, wonderful options for any type of vacation! Highly recommend, would go again.
It was unbelievably great! The concierge staff Yessica, Joseph, Geovanni and Daniel were so helpful. They made our trip awesome by being so helpful and on top of everything! I would hire each of these people at my company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was good at this resort food personal the people in the lobby restaurants bars etc it was amazing
The room was in serious need of updating. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The mirror had large black streaks down it where the plating came off the back. The toilet would run constantly unless you lifted the lid and made sure that the flappervalve was in place. The lobby had a chair with the fabric hanging down below off the bottom. However, the staff was nice at the hotel. The...
I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience. If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything...
There was one time the world cafe took a long time to seat me, when the restaurant wasn’t full and I didn’t have much time. That was my only complaint thus far, other than that, maybe more cabs should be available to get from the beach to the gym.
Great place overall. Food 8.5/10 if that food wasn’t too good. Rooms were okay clean but something sure enough bit us up in that bed.
Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible...
Beautiful property and wonderful service. The hot tubs were not heated in multiple areas and the hot tub on our balcony was not working. The food was OK, but not as good as what we have had in comparable resorts in Mexico.
Nice, clean resort. But lines for everything. Paperwork for everything. Grossly overpriced restaurants with medium quality food.
Overall good, but I will not go back to this resort due to limited amenities.
We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous.
Incredible place, sophisticated architecture and exceptional service! We went with God's children and had a very pleasant time, they loved it! The only downside is the extra costs for food and drinks, which are quite high!

Great hotel! Good service but expensive restaurants, Chicago downtown prices!
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.
It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so...
This hotel was outstanding. The service was five stars all the way around really enjoyed my time there very relaxing and private. It was everything I wanted will definitely be returning.
stayed at this hotel in Tulum and had an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset. The food was amazing as well, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all impressive, generous, and full of fresh local flavors. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always...

Tulum, Carretera Tulum-Ruinas Km. 5 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. No breakfast too. If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone. They can’t even send you pictures or videos either. The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly. You can’t flush toilet...
It’s really uncomfortable and inconvenient hotel. No light , dark , dirty and no doubt the property it’s amazing.
The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.
I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism. First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100. However, when it comes to comfort and practicality, it’s a very...
After reading many negative reviews, I decided to try it out myself. Personally, I really liked it; the experience was great, and I lowered my expectations. The photos turn out very well.
The hotel exceeded expectations. It was really nice, well designed, with many facilities. The receptionist's attitude was average.

A simply amazing hotel in a quiet, relaxing location. You can walk to the pool or beach within a minute from your room. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful with it's own little cove. Sunbeds are easy to get either by the pool or on the beach with towels always readily available. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with a good range of options - The pasta dishes are superb. Breakfast is excellent...
I must admit that I am reluctant to tell you how much I liked this hotel. I am concerned that it will become too crowded and popular. That being said, I think it is a perfect place to escape and enjoy. Great service, great resturant, great location. Tranquil (not a scene), beautiful, and relaxing. Wonderful and caring staff. A resort away from the party scene. No crowds a the pool, beach or.. anywhere...
Gem in riviera Maya If you need a Place to relax, this is the place to go. Walk out of your room and you are on the beach. Either walk to the beach and lay down on the mattress or stay in the garden adjoining your room. After watching the sun rise you walk for 30 meters to enjoy a filling and tasteful breakfast! It feels like being at the beautiful home, cosy, charming with beautiful fauna and...
Jashita is a beautiful jewel of a hotel, nestled in palm trees and right on its own beach. The rooms are gorgeous and huge. Likewise the lovely pool. The staff, from Brenda managing to Juan, Raul, Alam and others at the restaurant and bar are all so helpful and friendly. It s a really special place. Relaxing comes easy.
Jashita Hotel is one of those places you fall in love with immediately and makes you want to come back even before you leave. The hotel is beautiful. Is clean and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature of Soliman Bay. The rooms are exceptional and the perfect private beach and stunning pools complete an already magical setting. I'm so happy that I got to stay here! Our suite Cleopatra was with a direct view of the sea. The suite was large, nice and comfortable. The beach was fantastic, shorkeling also. Clean and beautiful room, staff was great, overall clean hotel. The restaurant onsite was good. The beach was nice. Overall great place to stay
Gorgeous, well appointed rooms. Incredible, professional, helpful staff We booked three rooms and stayed four nights I wish we could add more stars. We will be back again and again
Room was very clean and spacious. Great shower! Every night the staff close the curtains and leave a little dessert which is a nice touch. My only feedback is the beach needs more umbrellas for shade and sometimes the sulphur smell on the beach is quite strong. Staff are kind and helpful.
I had an amazing stay at Tago Hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Andrea, who answered all my questions in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She truly made everything easy and welcoming. The food at Tago was delicious, and the nightly dessert delivered to our room was such a special touch—we looked forward to it every evening. The restaurant that’s part of Tago, right on the beach...
This was our first trip to tulum, and without a doubt, if we return, we are going to tago tulum again! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it is calm and peaceful, the rooms are stunning, very clean, and can't forget the staff too! - they are all so welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. We ended up staying for dinner and breakfast way more times than expected because we loved the vibes, the service...
We loved the hotel and the room very beautiful bathroom and private pool. The customer service from the hotel was extremely poor, they tried to make us pay 500 pesos per day for bikes when next door they were 200. We feel like they didn’t care and all they wanted was our money. Very dissapointed by the hotel staff and service and for the price we paid we expected so much more.

The hotel’s location is beachfront, which is perfect for travelers. The room is well-ventilated. The only problem is the parking logistics.
The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Pros - Beautiful property with rooms that look like treehouses, right on beautiful sandy beach with private area with sun loungers. Rooms were clean and spacious, good WiFi and free offsite parking. Execellent property in terms of looks. Cons - While the looks were great, we were not satisfied with the stay. Although the staff was lovely, there was a severe shortage of them, all around the property...
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel is very unique right on the beach, breakfast and juices are wonderful. Check in process needs improvement.
Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler. The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.
Hotel is location is perfect, with beech front access, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Room was good with a very cold plunge pool & separate seating area to relax. Unfortunately due to shortage of staff, bars located by pools were not open, therefore no ability to get drinks or food there which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is looking a bit tired & could do with some...

This hotel is far from the beach and definitely showing its age. Not a large property n has seen better days. Still, the staff try their best, are friendly and really the saving grace of the property. Breakfast variety is somewhat limited
The room was excellent, exceeding our expectations, and the restaurant was delicious. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, probably due to the rainy season. We were grateful to the front desk for providing mosquito repellent.
Meh, very comfortable bed, nice TV, good air conditioning and nice room. On the other hand, apart from the restaurant, no service, no housekeeping after 8:00 p.m., no one there in case of breakdown. Our sink was clogged and the manager had to try to unclog it because no one else was there. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies that bite around the pool.
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.
The room facilities are good, the bed is big, you can also borrow bicycles for free, the business center service is also very good, the overall experience is very good👍
Great stay and great front desk, will definitely be back

Highly recommend, boho chic property perfect for relaxing.
Kindness of staff, WhatsApp group to ask anything or for any assistance, size of the room and beachclub. Everything was amazing!
We stayed here for two night in the jungle. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Especially loved basically showering in the forest (don’t worry there is glass between you and the trees). I especially want to mention the staff at the front desk. They went above and beyond for us. There was an incident where our previous hostel in Cancun had not returned our passports when we checked out (don...
We had an absolutely exceptional experience during our 3 night stay. We stayed at the Jungle tree house and it was beautiful, better than the photos. Coming in we had a couple small issues with the room, but Julio arranged to get everything fixed very quickly. The pool area is breathtaking. Breakfast is included and consists of orange juice, coffee and a plate of fruits, which is perfect for this climate...
We stayed here for about a week. The rooms are the best I’ve stayed in Tulum, and I love how it’s set far off the Main Street. Very quiet, very clean. You also can access their beach as well.
Gorgeous hotel! Alan at the front desk and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

This place is equal parts relaxing and adventure. The grounds are just breath taking and every detail is thought out. David's tours in particular made the trip unforgettable.
Very special place, which feels unique. Enough cenotes and pools that it's very easy to feel like they're for your own private use, a little family of pigs that caused great delight for our 3 year old, and great food too. Activities on site- use of kayaks, SUPs and bikes mean you can make it as active or relaxing a stay as you want. We stayed 3 nights, and then came back for another on the same trip...
Long overdue review. I wanted to relax and get lost in nature. This place did not disappoint. Amazing bird watching. The atmosphere is very relaxed and feels like you are immersed in nature. Highly highly recommend doing a tour with David. He is a gem of a human and his tour was my favorite part of the experience.
We had a short stay at Hacienda Wakax, and it was so worth it. We would definitely return. From the cenotes, to the lush beautiful grounds, to the many scenic, swimming areas, to the beautiful architecture and stunning restaurant and dining area, we cannot recommend it more. A major highlight was our tour of the cenote Cave with David. He was an extremely knowledgeable, local guide and provided detailed...
An absolutely welcome reprieve! The experience was wonderful from top to bottom. The staff was wonderfully accommodating and the grounds weee a jungle oasis. Highly recommend the cave experience with David who is absolutely awesome! And otherwise the Cenote/Lagoon is so great to swim in.
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Pictures don’t do the property justice and the amenities were fantastic. And like everyone else says, David’s tours were a highlight!

La Zebra Tulum - a Small Luxury Hotel, Tulum1 / 30

We just had a great stay at Le Zebra! We had been in Holbox on vacation and our flight got canceled due to weather and we couldn’t rebook until 5 days later, so last minute we decided to head to Tulum for a few days. I hadn’t been to Tulum in 10 years and remember eating at Le Zebra years ago, the reviews looked good, so I snagged a room. Ended up being our favorite room on our trip! We got a second...
Pure magic! We stayed for a week in February and it’s technically the off-season which meant fewer people, a wide-open beach, and perfect weather. Everything felt calm, spacious, and unhurried. We booked the Sea View Ground Floor Suite with Plunge Pool and it was gorgeous. The room had a king bed, two twin pullouts, a small dining table, and a bright, spa-like bathroom with 2 rain showers, dual sinks...
Great beach club but very expensive $2800mxn for 2 adults and 1 child. Service was medium and definitely pushing for big tip. Family friendly. Food has small portions for what you end up paying. Definitely paying for name/location.
I posting reviews to a different location/hotel and realised I had not reviewed La Zebra, an amazing place in Tulum we stayed in 2024 April/May with our sons (6 and 10 at that time). Splendid location, very relaxed atmosphere, we basically stayed 11 days in bare foot, just like everyone else there. Staff was extremely friendly and fast, the food and drinks are really good, they have a Chef supervising...
This is really safe and the food is excellent. Buckets of beer at the roof top bar are a deal! and the bartender up there is a really nice local that feels like he loves his job. pretty top tier i cant think of much they missed and the vibe is really well done. Perfect for a family vacation!
From the moment that we arrived, David made us feel so welcome. We are greeted with so much respect, the complimentary drink was amazing!!! The room service was immaculate. The breakfast at the restaurant was great, but most of all the view is breathtaking. I would stay here again and again.
