The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool
This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options
We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks
The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum
I have to make that statement because it’s such an inconvenience to go to the other castles or qualifies so it’s all a complaint,

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very pleasant, friendly and showed you a great time. 100000/10 highly recommend. Very beautiful, private beach, nice, clean, spacious rooms. Food was delicious:)
The options for dining and entertainment were excellent. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything. There are good options for excursions but you don’t need to leave the resort to have a great time.
This is a wonderful villa with a breathtaking beach and a wonderful pool. My daughter and I celebrated her high school graduation a year late. Nightly entertainment was great, animation staff were amazing
I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience
Outstanding service and an incredible setting. Huge shout out goes to Benito and Ivan on the beach. They were amazing at helping us get lunch and keeping our drinks full
If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor

We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant)
The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish
Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants
We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic
I will give them the benefit because they are so incredibly new. I wish this hotel the most success! Thank you so much for a mind blowing experience!
Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club

Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so cold that you can’t get into them. The food was 8/10 — I enjoyed it
The food was amazing as well, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all impressive, generous, and full of fresh local flavors. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect
The room had that perfect “wild luxury” vibe: stylish yet close to nature, with thoughtful details everywhere. I would love to come back and stay here again; it’s truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
This hotel was outstanding. The service was five stars all the way around really enjoyed my time there very relaxing and private. It was everything I wanted will definitely be returning.
The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Breakfast is basic and the same every day. When we came back from a trip in the afternoon, there were no towels left for the pool ?!
Wonderful Oasis in the jungle Amazing apartment with separate lounge/kitchen. Great bedrooms and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. The pool area/restaurant is stunning.
The cons are wish the water is warm when taking a shower it was cold water, one of the rooms the bed sheets has stains, and the pool is nice it just needs to be painted you can see the paint is coming off
The hotel is new but it seems like the construction people did leave traces of bad designs and job. Owners and management need to look into that because it will not last more than a year and problem will start appearing
Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Few issues: When you take a shower the entire bathrooms get wet. The shower needs a glass door or a step to contain water
the staff were wonderful. they had fantastic price forward excursion suggestions. very nice and helpful. location was very central to shops and good food

For sure, this is a place best suited for a specific clientele
The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone
The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.
They can’t even send you pictures or videos either. The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly
You can’t flush toilet paper as it’s an eco friendly resort. To be honest it was a waste of money I wouldn’t come here again
That can be magical, but it also means: Very limited privacy A toilet behind a divider No hot water at night Minimal comfort overall I understand this is intentional and part of the concept, but when rooms can cost up to $2,000 per night, you naturally expect a balance between artistic experience and luxury comfort — especially at that price point

They never cleaned the sheets, trash or towels the whole week. But cheap and a local experience for stories when back home
Service was very good, 24 hours a day. Very attentive, they took care of every detail in the room, everything we needed and when we asked. Located on the city's main avenue, very easy access, also safe
Stopped for lunch here and we were blown away! Simple, perfectly-cooked, flavorful Mexican classics. Saul was a great waiter. Fast service, comfortable place to eat.
Neighborhood markets very close to the hotel. When we stayed it was being frequented by families
Although it's not in Tulum, it's a good option for those of us who travel to the area for work and need a good, comfortable, and affordable hotel.
I liked the convenience ans friendly staff. The plumbing needs attention. There is no parking past 8pm.

Sunbeds are easy to get either by the pool or on the beach with towels always readily available. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with a good range of options - The pasta dishes are superb
A simply amazing hotel in a quiet, relaxing location. You can walk to the pool or beach within a minute from your room. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful with it's own little cove
Breakfast is excellent too, with the fruit platter and bread basket a wonderful starter. The front desk team are very attentive and helpful. You get a tour of the facility on arrival, as well as welcome drinks
All of the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly too and are very impressive at remembering your room number - special shout out to Juan, Gilberto and Ulises
This was the first stop on our Honeymoon to Mexico and they couldn't have made us feel more welcome, starting with a heart shape in petals on our bed when we arrived
They're always contactable on WhatsApp and will book any taxis you require (the taxi's aren't cheap, but this isn't their fault)

I had an amazing stay at Tago Hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Andrea, who answered all my questions in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She truly made everything easy and welcoming
This was our first trip to tulum, and without a doubt, if we return, we are going to tago tulum again! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it is calm and peaceful, the rooms are stunning, very clean, and can't forget the staff too! - they are all so welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful
We tried the ceviche, fish, steak, and the potatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots… all absolutely to die for. Joshua and Rick were incredible. Overall, Tago Hotel exceeded our expectations
We ended up staying for dinner and breakfast way more times than expected because we loved the vibes, the service and the food so so much!! Perfect hotel if you ask me! Thank you Tago!
They made sure to get to know us, checked on us constantly, and the service was amazing. The food was the best—everything wholesome and cooked on the grill
The food at Tago was delicious, and the nightly dessert delivered to our room was such a special touch—we looked forward to it every evening

Very cute hotel, close to everything. We stayed on the second floor in what looks like a newer building. They brought coffee to us every morning in a basket. The attached restaurant/beach side was soooooo good
The hotel’s location is beachfront, which is perfect for travelers. The room is well-ventilated. The only problem is the parking logistics.
Unfortunately due to shortage of staff, bars located by pools were not open, therefore no ability to get drinks or food there which was a bit disappointing
I truly felt like I was catered to and all of their amenities were fantastic. Their pictures did not do the reality justice. Fantastic food with both restaurants. We are already planning our return
The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Hotel is location is perfect, with beech front access, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Room was good with a very cold plunge pool & separate seating area to relax

Our casita was beautiful and clean and well maintained and we loved having our own private pool with ocean views
My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Papaya Playa and the experience blew us away. The staff’s service was exceptional and they made us feel right at home
Property is absolutely gorgeous, multiple pools overlooking the beach, great service. Jay ass super helpful during our stay!
We had a jungle casita with a rooftop pool. The rooftop pool was a great decision, I was in it every morning and night while we were there. We were nested slightly in the jungle, a perfect distance away from the beach
The only downside was the seaweed season and not being able to thoroughly enjoy the beach, which was happening at most hotels and areas along the hotel zone and you could tell the hotel still tried to make the most of it not being as appealing
Specifically, I would like to mention Santos, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property is quiet and tranquil, and the party on Saturday was the best time I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend

Our sink was clogged and the manager had to try to unclog it because no one else was there. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies that bite around the pool
The room was excellent, exceeding our expectations, and the restaurant was delicious. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, probably due to the rainy season
The room facilities are good, the bed is big, you can also borrow bicycles for free, the business center service is also very good, the overall experience is very good👍
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.
We were grateful to the front desk for providing mosquito repellent

I had a wonderful experience and the service was above and beyond. Every staff were absolutely amazing. Special Thanks to Hannibal in the front desk and Andres for the breath work and sound journey experience
Wished we stayed here longer than the last spot we stayed at. This place is a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The staff are great and accommodating in every way. This place is heaven on earth!
Hidden paradise in the jungle . So relaxing good food . Thankyou Alexis -Arturo- Diego for the amazing food experience.
To be honest, this hotel would be better than the Azulik next door if you didn’t like the original ecology so much.

It was our second visit, and we are still happy to come here. They even remembered us, from last time, which makes you feeling home. Everything is always nice from service thru the people.
We stayed in an ocean view room, Agua de Mar. it was large, lovely, with a gorgeous view and private plunge pool. The staff was wonderful! The property was very lovely
Great location. Spacious, clean rooms (not ocean view—those rooms are quite small). Friendly staff, but slow service and often inaccurate (food and beverage). Good value.
Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast
The atmosphere is gorgeous, and the staff are wonderful. I recommend the stuffed calamari and the fish, but not the filet migñon. Good job guys!
Very good service, excellent food, abundant à la carte breakfast, charming staff. Exotic setting under palm trees on the seafront. Very pleasant.

There’s so many great things to say about MIA and my wife and I couldn’t recommend it enough. We celebrated my wife’s birthday here and had such a memorable experience. Already looking forward to coming back someday
Read if you want a detailed and honest review! If you’re planning a trip to Tulum, MIA Resort is an amazing place to stay The design and detail of the resort is breathtaking, especially if you love taking photos
Every meal we’ve had here, especially dinner was AMAZING! Juan was our server for dinner on our last night and he was so knowledgeable with the area and history of tulum. He was so sweet and especially FUNNY
Their communication was clear, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. It gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing that my son was in such capable hands, especially while I was far away
I don’t speak Spanish and I felt right at home because most of the staff speaks English as well. The kindness and attentiveness that we’ve received while staying here from the staff was amazing
Soooooo many photo opportunities! The rooms are stylish, spacious, and very comfortable, and the customer service is top tier. The customer service deserves a paragraph of its own

Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it
Beautiful entrance and pathways to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We did get a little weary of the electronic music track after 8 days. Will stay there again!
Nerea offers us a new experience in cuisine, an amazing landscape, and opportunities to reset our wellbeing. I would go back there is a blink of an eye
Our bathroom had a very cool spa tub made of stone with spa salt, various organic shampoos, and lotions, all organic and smell amazing. Don't worry if you book a pool or garden view room
Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.
The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.

A Truly Restorative Stay — Our Home Away From Home This was our second time staying here, and we would absolutely return again. From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home. It’s the perfect place to recharge
The beach was gorgeous, as always, and we were thrilled to find no sargasso seaweed during our visit. The spa was incredible, offering a range of traditional Mexican treatments focused on deep relaxation and healing

My wife and I loved our stay here. We walked through sand from the lobby to our room and then out our sliding door with views of the ocean less than 50' to our own private pool and day bed

The pools were private and relaxing, though seating was limited. The property is open to the public for dining and classes, creating a nice mix of tourists and locals
It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car
Perfect location in Aldea Zama. Easy access to rent bikes, grab a bite, get groceries. Close to the beach and cool bike path. Beautiful apartments
We had a great 7-day stay at Holistika for our Valentine’s trip. Check-in was smooth, but we recommend accepting help with bags as the rocky pathways are uneven. Our room was beautiful but lacked storage
Tierra had decent vegan options but often ran out of items, while Y-om Y-om’s vegan gelato and snacks were excellent. A downside was finding fire ants in our packed clothes on the last day
Yoga classes were more advanced than expected, and the shalas lacked bolsters and had an unpleasant smell. However, the sound bath in the domo was incredible
