Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, Tulum1 / 30
9.0
Tulum, Carr. Cancún - Tulum 307, Tulkal, Cdad. Chemuyil (18 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: SPA, Massage, Spa and wellness centre
This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options. The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool.
Wonderful place.. top notch service… great food.. amazing hospitality and customer service
Pleasent place to be everything food drinks, rooms
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks. This is the kind of place we could happily return to again and again.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the restaurant's food is quite mediocre and doesn't match the hotel's caliber. The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum.
A decent all inclusive hotel with very nice service.

Everything was good at this resort food personal the people in the lobby restaurants bars etc it was amazing
The room was in serious need of updating. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The mirror had large black streaks down it where the plating came off the back. The toilet would run constantly unless you lifted the lid and made sure that the flappervalve was in place. The lobby had a chair with the fabric hanging down below off the bottom. However, the staff was nice at the hotel. The...
I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience. If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything...
There was one time the world cafe took a long time to seat me, when the restaurant wasn’t full and I didn’t have much time. That was my only complaint thus far, other than that, maybe more cabs should be available to get from the beach to the gym.
Great place overall. Food 8.5/10 if that food wasn’t too good. Rooms were okay clean but something sure enough bit us up in that bed.
Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible...
Beautiful property and wonderful service. The hot tubs were not heated in multiple areas and the hot tub on our balcony was not working. The food was OK, but not as good as what we have had in comparable resorts in Mexico.
Nice, clean resort. But lines for everything. Paperwork for everything. Grossly overpriced restaurants with medium quality food.
Overall good, but I will not go back to this resort due to limited amenities.
We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous.
Incredible place, sophisticated architecture and exceptional service! We went with God's children and had a very pleasant time, they loved it! The only downside is the extra costs for food and drinks, which are quite high!

Our retreat with our local Pilates studio was AMAZING here. From the arrival till departure they made sure our experience was top notch. The food was spectacular. The room we had gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. Excursions we on time, enjoyable and the best we’ve been on, no long drives with great guides. We can’t wait to return!!
Perfect property for our Yoga and Wellness Retreat. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Max, Enrique and Sergio made our stay so memorable and were perfect gentleman. Darlene, Melissa and Yolanda were angels and left a lasting impression on my heart. The staff was beyond helpful and offered genuine, exceptional service. Cultural activities were once in a lifetime experiences and not to be skipped...
This was my second year organising a retreat at Amansala, and it was even more wonderful than the first year! The facilities are amazing, from the ocean view yoga studio, to the open air restaurant, to the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are truly outstanding. From A to Z they make retreat organising effortless, the guests feel welcome and accommodated, and they are ready with a smile. The...
I had an incredible stay at Amansala. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and genuinely well taken care of. As a first-time visitor to Mexico, I really appreciated how clearly the staff communicated best practices—such as not drinking the sink water in the room—while also reassuring me that all water used for rinsing food, juices, and meals was properly handled. That peace of mind made a huge difference...
We had an excellent stay at Amansala after a tricky start to our holiday. We were staying down at another hotel on the beachfront around a 1-2km away, which unfortunately had construction taking place next door that was continuous through the day with heavy drilling etc. We decided to quickly move on from the property and came down to Amansala where Gaby at reception and his team were very helpful...
Beautiful Amansala Amansala is very beautiful with great food. Much more unique than an all inclusive. Walk right out of your room into sand. Nice, friendly employees.

Great hotel! Good service but expensive restaurants, Chicago downtown prices!
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.
It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so...

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Breakfast is basic and the same every day. When we came back from a trip in the afternoon, there were no towels left for the pool ?!
We got upgraded to a big and fine apartment, with very comfy bed, rooms serviced every day. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. When weasked for a pot or kettle to boil water for tea, we were given an old aluminium pot which was not suitable for the cooker! We experienced the staff in reception as grumpy and not too interested in guests.
Charming hotel, located a bit far from everything. Good price and good service.
Wonderful Oasis in the jungle Amazing apartment with separate lounge/kitchen. Great bedrooms and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. The pool area/restaurant is stunning.
It was a nice hotel. The cons are wish the water is warm when taking a shower it was cold water, one of the rooms the bed sheets has stains, and the pool is nice it just needs to be painted you can see the paint is coming off. The people in the front desk weren’t as welcoming:(
the staff were wonderful. they had fantastic price forward excursion suggestions. very nice and helpful. location was very central to shops and good food

This hotel is far from the beach and definitely showing its age. Not a large property n has seen better days. Still, the staff try their best, are friendly and really the saving grace of the property. Breakfast variety is somewhat limited
The room was excellent, exceeding our expectations, and the restaurant was delicious. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, probably due to the rainy season. We were grateful to the front desk for providing mosquito repellent.
Meh, very comfortable bed, nice TV, good air conditioning and nice room. On the other hand, apart from the restaurant, no service, no housekeeping after 8:00 p.m., no one there in case of breakdown. Our sink was clogged and the manager had to try to unclog it because no one else was there. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies that bite around the pool.
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.
The room facilities are good, the bed is big, you can also borrow bicycles for free, the business center service is also very good, the overall experience is very good👍

Clean and beautiful room, staff was great, overall clean hotel. The restaurant onsite was good. The beach was nice. Overall great place to stay
Gorgeous, well appointed rooms. Incredible, professional, helpful staff We booked three rooms and stayed four nights I wish we could add more stars. We will be back again and again
Room was very clean and spacious. Great shower! Every night the staff close the curtains and leave a little dessert which is a nice touch. My only feedback is the beach needs more umbrellas for shade and sometimes the sulphur smell on the beach is quite strong. Staff are kind and helpful.
I had an amazing stay at Tago Hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Andrea, who answered all my questions in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She truly made everything easy and welcoming. The food at Tago was delicious, and the nightly dessert delivered to our room was such a special touch—we looked forward to it every evening. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it is calm and peaceful, the rooms are stunning, very clean, and can't forget the staff too! - they are all so welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. We ended up staying for dinner and breakfast way more times than expected because we loved the vibes, the service...
We loved the hotel and the room very beautiful bathroom and private pool. The customer service from the hotel was extremely poor, they tried to make us pay 500 pesos per day for bikes when next door they were 200. We feel like they didn’t care and all they wanted was our money. Very dissapointed by the hotel staff and service and for the price we paid we expected so much more.

The hotel’s location is beachfront, which is perfect for travelers. The room is well-ventilated. The only problem is the parking logistics.
The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Pros - Beautiful property with rooms that look like treehouses, right on beautiful sandy beach with private area with sun loungers. Rooms were clean and spacious, good WiFi and free offsite parking. Execellent property in terms of looks. Cons - While the looks were great, we were not satisfied with the stay. Although the staff was lovely, there was a severe shortage of them, all around the property...
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel is very unique right on the beach, breakfast and juices are wonderful. Check in process needs improvement.
Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler. The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.
Hotel is location is perfect, with beech front access, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Room was good with a very cold plunge pool & separate seating area to relax. Unfortunately due to shortage of staff, bars located by pools were not open, therefore no ability to get drinks or food there which was a bit disappointing. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Papaya Playa and the experience blew us away. The staff’s service was exceptional and they made us feel right at home. Specifically, I would like to mention Santos, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property is quiet and tranquil, and the party on Saturday was the best time I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend
Everything was amazing! It was the best of both worlds being able to walk in the Mayan jungle on property but also being right on the beach. Property is absolutely gorgeous, multiple pools overlooking the beach, great service. Jay ass super helpful during our stay!
Cool room, great views, calm vibes. Staff is some of the best I have experienced!!

We had a great stay at PPP! Super relaxing, great service, food, and location. We took a morning yoga class as well, which was very pleasant. The service is good, but the location is terrible. You can't relax because you're right next to a nightclub called Arena, and on the other side is Papaya Playa. You also can't use the sea because it's full of sargassum and rocks. During our stay, there weren't many of the food and drinks listed on the menu. If you want a rave, it's a good place; if you want to relax, it's not.
Hidden paradise in the jungle . So relaxing good food . Thankyou Alexis -Arturo- Diego for the amazing food experience.
Wished we stayed here longer than the last spot we stayed at. This place is a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The staff are great and accommodating in every way. This place is heaven on earth!
I had a wonderful experience and the service was above and beyond. Every staff were absolutely amazing. Special Thanks to Hannibal in the front desk and Andres for the breath work and sound journey experience. This is my 3rd Habitas experience and I will continue to support this company.
Rooms were clean and people were very friendly. Very relaxing place just we weren’t able to enjoy it due to construction next door, ( I know they can’t control that but would've been nice to have known in advance), Food was ok, just very limited small menu and not available certain items.
Bravo! What makes Habitas special is the staff. Warm, welcoming, and accommodating on every level. Bravo!

Great location. Spacious, clean rooms (not ocean view—those rooms are quite small). Friendly staff, but slow service and often inaccurate (food and beverage). Good value.
Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast
It was our second visit, and we are still happy to come here. They even remembered us, from last time, which makes you feeling home. Everything is always nice from service thru the people.
Very good service, excellent food, abundant à la carte breakfast, charming staff. Exotic setting under palm trees on the seafront. Very pleasant.
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Service was great from housekeeping to waitstaff. The front desk wasn’t the best at check out but overall great service Our room was comfortable, clean with a stunning ocean view The only negative was the quality and value of the food and drinks. We had a wonderful stay at Ana y Jose. The place is beautiful and offers a perfect balance of a boutique hotel and family friendly vibe. We quite enjoyed our oceanfront room.
Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.
Beautiful hotel and helpful staff
The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.
Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.
Nestled north of Tulum, this hidden haven wraps you in stillness, where the whispers of the scenery dance with golden light. Each morning unfolds like a love letter, breathtaking views pouring through the windows, painting dreams across the sky. Private and soulfully cozy, it cradles you in nature’s gentle hush, as if the earth itself is exhaling peace.

Good service. Problem with the music at night when there's a party at the hotel.

The staff at the resort were excellent , as was the food . The spa was nice but way over priced . The whole place of Tulum was way overpriced and dirty streets . 10k a week for a room - I could have lived 10x better in Cancun or any other island in the Caribbean . Also we got robbed by the police . That was the last straw and we left early

Clean, comfortable room, amazing staff, amazing place! Absolutely my favorite spot in Tulum.
Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car.
Perfect location in Aldea Zama. Easy access to rent bikes, grab a bite, get groceries. Close to the beach and cool bike path. Beautiful apartments
We had a great 7-day stay at Holistika for our Valentine’s trip. Check-in was smooth, but we recommend accepting help with bags as the rocky pathways are uneven. We had a really lovely stay here for the last couple of days of our trip to Mexico. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, with a gorgeous view, good-sized rooms and very comfortable beds. It is a little dated in places, but overall it is very comfortable and the property itself is beautiful. The private beach and dock area are perfect, and the two pools were a real highlight. Service at the restaurant...
This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice. We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes...
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable- it was tough at times to contact the resort via **********, so when I switched to direct communication it was better. The restaurant was good, and the spa was on their nearby sister property that was amazing. It would have been nice to get details on the neighborhood Cenote before visiting to be prepared.
The private beach and dock with hammocks were heavenly. Entire hotel was beautifully decorated in modern, neutral tones. Our room had the most incredible view of the beach.
Some of the staff was nice to us but We didn’t get to swim as the beach was rocky and it was windy. The hotel shouldn’t be advertised as boutique luxury- they tried but it’s moldy, dirty and half of the time we didn’t get our room cleaned or had to ask to towels if we were gone the whole day- nobody would come in. They are low on staff- there were days when no chef at the restaurant and no food items...
The setting is beautiful but everything else felt a bit run down and a bit stingy. I think expectations re showers should be managed upfront. In some rooms the water is tepid, in others it’s cold.

Beautiful, quiet hotel. The staff were all great! Very kind, and attentive. The bar/ restaurant staff were top notch! They made the best piña colada I’ve ever had. Rooms were beautiful, but the only critique was that they were a bit dark and there weren’t enough hooks to hang towels. Definitely not deal breakers and would for sure stay again!
Beautiful clean friendly resort everything was well kept. Would return many times again for the same experience. Food drinks and pool were among the best. This resort captures the jungle feel while foot steps from the beach.

We could not have been more impressed with the resort, staff, and kindness that we were shown during our stay! A boutique hotel with a “ Jungle” feel and a heart of gold. The staff waited on hand n foot. Every detail covered! A double resort really as we used the sister property pool at Radhoo several days as well! Free bikes! Full restaurant n bar! Cannot say enough about the great staff n property...
Nest is a beautiful, secluded haven of a hotel with very attentive, accommodating staff. No complaints. I would only say that Nest is expensive relative to neighbouring hotels, which also had a very luxurious feel to them (although I didn’t see inside their rooms or get a sense of their customer service). Overall, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The staff were amazing! They helped create the dream wedding for your son and daughter in law. They were truly the BEST! Loved the food too.
My wife and I were fortunate to get a room at the Nest. We definitely did not regret our decision. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and at home by the entire staff. I highly recommend a stay here to unwind and soak up a truly beautiful atmosphere

The staff was really friendly I walked into the kitchen at close and was going to get food somewhere else but they sat me and my fiancée down and made us a Togo dinner and don’t be afraid of renting a scooter and exploring tulum it’s very safe just be respectful
Only one dinning option, the staff is nice but not helpful (our phone didn’t work and nobody ever came to fix it) there are worn down areas, but it was very quiet and we did love that
The staff was helpful, but we didn’t appreciate the dinner staff directly asking for a tip - it felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable.
