Hotel Los Arrecifes in Tulum

Very comfortable room with included items in fridge. Ceviche was delicious, margaritas were good, and I charged my car overnight. Very pretty view overlooking the ocean right on the beach. Packed a sandwich for my early tour. Staff was excellent!

Im so happy we stayed here. Everything is on point, I couldn't ask for more. Also the staff was absolutley amazing ❤️

Great stay with really friendly and helpful staff. We were warned of the music beforehand that plays into the night hours. We traveled with our infant and toddler who did not mind the background beats and slept soundly regardless. Cribs were provided for both kiddos. It was a really lovely time.

Property was very beautiful. Cribs were provided for my toddler and infant. We were warned that we were next to a club, but we and the kids didn't really mind the background beats. Gabriel was very helpful with all our things for all of our outings (...you can imagine with two young kids, the amount of gear we travel with.) Two dogs on the premises were very calm and gentle, and my toddler loved seeing them around.

I stayed at Hotel Los Arrecifes this past weekend and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We booked transportation through the hotel by simply sending them a message on this app and Gabriel promptly responded. Gabriel personally greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Our balcony room was beautiful and clean. The best part is we didn’t need any cab service during our stay since the steakhouse we wanted to go to was right next door and we were located right on the beach!!! Loved this hotel big shout out to the wonderful, attentive, and hardworking staff members!

Had a fantastic weekend, the hotel is super nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the food was amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very peaceful, the beach is clean, it's very pleasant to unwind and relax. We're leaving feeling rejuvenated and filled with positive energy.

I recently spent 8 amazing nights at this beautiful accommodation in Tulum, and it exceeded all expectations.

I’ve been to this hotel in Tulum three times now, and it truly feels like my home away from home. It’s right on the beach, with the most stunning views and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Everything about this place is perfect—the rooms, the design, the energy. It’s exactly what you dream of when you think about a getaway in Tulum.

One thing that really stands out is the staff. Everyone here is so kind, professional, and genuinely warm. They make sure every moment of your stay feels special and seamless. But I have to say, Gabriel is in a league of his own. He goes above and beyond in ways that are hard to describe. He’s always there when you need him, finding solutions to any issue, no matter how big or small, and somehow always doing it with a smile. It’s like he’s a step ahead, anticipating what you’ll need before you even realize it yourself.

While the entire team is incredible, Gabriel truly makes the experience unforgettable. He’s such an essential part of why this hotel feels so special to us. I’ve even said I don’t know if it would feel the same without him because he’s such a huge reason why we keep coming back.

If you’re thinking about coming to Tulum, stop thinking and just book this place. The hotel is stunning, the staff is amazing, and Gabriel will make sure your trip is perfect.

Amazing experience in this small hotel where everything is perfect.
While the rooms, the location, the view and the breakfast are outstanding, it’s the service and the “at home atmosphere” that make the difference.
The staff is really taking extreme good care of their guests who can just feel relaxed and spoiled.
If you don’t like music though, stay away from the party zone as there are beach clubs and night clubs everywhere here. That’s what I like, but for those looking for a quiet place, you may prefer to find something upper north or lower south.
