Very nice meet n greet upon arrival. Then the hard sell for Hilton time share. We did not appreciate that before the hotel and shuttle. Also, we feel that once we didn’t agree to meet about the whole timeshare program, we were short changed on service. ( I.e. Beds were not made up and replaced ) the grounds and the restaurants were beautiful if you enjoy staying in one location and doing a limited...
Tulum is amazing. I just don’t think we are all inclusive people. Sal at the preferred beach was AMAZING. The kids club was awesome too. We had a room the first night that was just too loud but the hotel was able to move us once some folks checked out.
We had a wonderful time and could see how hard everyone works to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and water was great. My only comment would be for the hotel offer free shuttle to and from the airport as it can be very expensive. The resort is already all inclusive so that should be included as well given how much it costs to travel.
The overall hotel was pleasant was just missing a few things like more food options, better nightlife. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had an odor!
Service was more than what was expected! Every staff we met were warm and friendly. Will definitely come back!!!! ☺️
We had an awesome time, lots of seaweed but I am learning when the best months to go are. Room service was great! The food was really good! Nothing to really complain about. Thank you Dreams!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks. This is the kind of place we could happily return to again and again.
We stayed one night at the Hilton Tulum. The facilities look new and well-maintained. Our room had connecting doors to two other rooms, which was very inconvenient because we could hear everything. The waiter, Alberto de Seasalt, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.
A decent all inclusive hotel with very nice service.
The price/performance ratio is very high, but the room is very average, and it is very far away, so you have to rely on a car to travel. It is an all-inclusive hotel, and the three meals are also quite satisfactory. The beach is relatively small, but the sea view is still very beautiful!
There is a zoo on Cozumel Island across from the hotel, where several manatees are kept. The manatees are well taken care of. The keepers only feed them fresh lettuce leaves, and the unfresh leaves are peeled and sent to the hotel to make lettuce salad. 1. The food is terrible. Even the most difficult steakhouse to book is average. The waiter in the restaurant is impatient to ask you to order quickly...

We really enjoyed our week at Grand Sirenis. The staff would go above and beyond to help you and assist you with any any question. The restaurant's were clean and the food was very good as well as the service. Big pools, scenic property with lush rainforest throughout. The Beach was good but small but had a good snorkeling area with clear water and nice reefs and tropical fish.
My family enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed, overall was a good experience. There are some points that hold me back to give a higher rating: 1) some areas of the resort needs a renovation, specially elevators, room air conditioning, bathroom 2) despite of many restaurant options, was still quite hard to book the dinner. 3) the kids club needs a urgent expansion and more activities with the kids. Mainly...
We have been here many times and it seems to be getting less and less desireable. The food is ok and the staff are friendly but the entertainment and options for things to do are lacking. Also, they have one broken ATM and nowhere to get cash if you need. The fridge guy shows up every 2-3 days and leaves 2 beer. Cleaning staff are amazing though. We have been here 7 times and this last trip is...
Very nice property had a ball first night there I definitely have to come back but will not pick the same rooms new but beat up and a lot of stuff was broken in our room staff tried there best to fix but they another side with better rooms I will try next time. If you go I will definitely recommend staying at least 7nights minimum it’s so much to do! Over my wife and I had a great time. Food was delicious...
I would recommend the Grand Sirinis to anyone looking for an amazing mexican vacation experience! The staff and services were top notch and the food was well above average for an all-inclusive. The pools and beach were as adverised. There was a lot of seaweed which wasn't necessarily a problem but worth mentioning to people looking for a pristine white sand beach. We loved the lush tropical setting...
Pros: The resort was good, everyone was friendly, the housekeepers were very helpful. The shows the resort had at night were good. The golfcarts on the resort were amazing and the luggage service was amazing as well. Cons: there were no morning activities for visitors but it would have been nice to join one pilates class or pickleball. The paths at night were very dark and there should be better lighting...

A very nice hotel with a modern, comfortable design, two restaurants, and a gym. We didn't choose breakfast. The only drawbacks, I'd say, are the paid parking and the high service fee.
It's a small but worthwhile hotel. The hotel operates Marriott's official website, and the price on Trip.com was so good that I made a reservation through Trip.com. Because it was an all-inclusive rate, I enjoyed food and drinks to my heart’s content. It was located in downtown Tulum, so it was nice to walk to a large supermarket.
Really enjoyed the hotel. It was beautifully done, had an amazing rooftop pool area although the water was a bit cold, fantastic service, rooms were very comfortable and were serviced regularly. The gym was great to work out in and was small but got the job done. Location was on a strip with other hotels and restaurants. Super convenient. I'm t was a 25 minute walk to central Tulum. A taxi drive, ...
Stayed at Aloft Tulum for 9 days for New Year’s Eve and had a great stay. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Rooms are sleek and comfortable. Rooftop pool food, drinks, and service was amazing. Highly recommend! It is on a fun strip with good restaurants and bars and about a 10-15 min cab to the crazy beach area. Perfect location if you are looking for something a little more quiet and not crazy...
PROS: Helpful staff, large spaces, great rooms, great location (easy walk to great restaurants, bars, pharmacies, etc.), lots of parking, underground, which is nice for a hot climate, reasonable prices compared to most of Tulum. Large & more than adequate gym. VERY large suites, some with pleasant balconies & hammocks (being forewarned though that some "balconies" are actually tiny & have zero views...
Wonderful, Clean, Inviting, Perfect Location. This place is better than we had hoped. The staff were all so friendly, we even decided to come back a second time after an unpleasant experience in Cozumel. The location is very close to Ola Bike and a perfect distance between town and beach, directly on the bike path. The hotel was clean and even offered a laundry room for guests. Everything was great, staff were super nice and helpful. Food is good everything was super clean best resort I have stayed at.
The architecture was amazing. The restaurants and food offerings were good (reservations were hard to come by when they were empty). Beautiful pools and beachfront. Staff was cordial and polite. Prices for items on menus vs. charges varied, issues with the toilet and sink in the room required fixing. It seemed like a new property trying to get their bearings. But for the location, food and atmosphere...
Conrad Tulum is a little slice of heaven! We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
Superb hotel We had an amazing stay at the Conrad. Well designed modern hotel. White sands and crystal clear waters. Good selection of pools. Varied dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were superb. A 15% service charge is included on all food and drink although generally this is included in the stated price. Service was outstanding. We also did...
Time away from the Cold I truly enjoyed my stay at the Conrad. The staff were incredible and it was their hard work and engagement that made the experience so great.
Absolutely gorgeous property, wonderful staff and great food options. Treat yourself to this exceptional experience!!

I started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea...
We stayed at the Kore Tulum for our 3 year anniversary in April. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed our stay. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious without being all fried and terrible for you like we’ve had at some resorts in the past. The bikes at the property do need a little bit better upkeep. The first day we took some our, the chain on my husbands...
The resort is small, so it has a very laid back and chill vibe. I thought the food was very good, which was a surprise because I always heard that resort food wasn't so good. The omelettes were probably my favourite part of breakfast, and who can complain about fresh fish at every meal? If you want more upscale food, there is a sit-down restaurant above the buffet. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience...
Kore Tulum was great. Great service. Great food. Very relax atmosphere. Yoga every morning which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend it.
I came here with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is “eco-friendly”. It literally has a walk way through a small jungle to get to your rooms which we thought was AMAZING! The resort boasts approximately 94 villas, making this very limited, intimate, and exclusive. We loved our ocean front room, although we did have some trees obstructing our view of the ocean. The other guests were...
First class food. Very clean and friendly. Couple things that could improve. Around the pool is polish granite so when it's wet people continuous slip and fall. The sidewalks as well are very slippery when wet if your wearing flip flops etc. We did experience a loss in water pressure ( couldn't flush holier etc) but only once. There is only free WiFi in the lobby are adjacent bar. No water access to...
We got very disappointed regarding the service. We felt that the waiter thought that we were annoying every time we ordered something which is not okay since it is all inclusive. The food wasn’t good at all. No good service and the food was not good

I really like this hotel. This is my third visit and every time I come the hotel has something new and different. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are surrounded by beautiful art and unique decor throughout. Today I tried the food at the new Ambrosia restaurant, everything was delicious. The rooms are spacious and the staff are amazing and helpful. Can't wait to get married here in December
Beautiful territory, interesting interior, delicious cuisine
Great hotel with cool art. Points lost for the endless stream of selfie takers who arent actually stayingvat the hotel but occupy more space than anyone and flakey beach staff. Conceirge and reservation 5 star for sure. Restaurant is also pretty good. Normaly this would be a 4 star review but for the price tag, they need to step their game up. Pablo would agree?
Its was a great time! Truly nice, awesome and full of art. Took some great shoots of the place and definitely a place you can't miss. Food was good, but can improve.
Food was okay .. definitely better places down the street such as Nomade & Habitas. A bit pricey for the quality of food. A bit too dark .. we could barely eat and very uncomfortable outdoor are (chairs & tables). Hotel looks nice though! #LetsGuide
Beautiful grounds. We had a day bed by the beach. A requirement of 60$ per person in goods/services from the bar and restaurant. The management stopped me from taking photos of my wife at the resort. So I guess no photos are allowed.

I loved this hotel, incredible quality for this price. It's 15-20 min to the public beaches (Santa Fe, Paraiso) through the jungle forest by walk, which is seriously a great advantage in Tulum. Rooms are also very big There is a shop across the road if you need to buy something, also there...
Nice, Clean and spacefull room. Not 5 stars for 2 reasons: No chairs and table in the terrace (which is really nice) and no fridge in the room. With these 2 small tips it is absolutely a 5 starss,
Stayed here for almost 10 days. Loved the hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff is very kind and it smells so good in the lobby. If you want to visit the ruins it is very well located as its only 10-15 mins walk. However u need a car, atv or scooter to go more central. If you are Looking for a nearby restaurant, make sure to try Chalulu cafe. Amazing local food.
Finally made it back to civilization 😂 after staying in different parts of Mexico. Room is large, clean, modern, with balcony and AC. Lots of space, nice design, helpful staff and swimming pool! We didn't go to the beach 🏖️ yet, but from pictures looks cool!
The staff are fantastic - some understand English which makes the stay less stressful for communication. 15-20 min walk to the ruins and beach. Plenty of on property hotel parking. Hotel is 1.5 years old. AMAZING TACO PLACE NEXT DOOR 30 peso tacos!!! This is a must see “Bretzel” is the name of the place.

My wife and I returned to Jashita after having been 10 years ago. During our first trip the additional buildings were under construction so we were slightly worried that it would lose some of its magic. However, it was the same great experience. The addition of a beach bar, second pool, and rooftop pool were all enjoyable. The service is the same, if not better. All of the recommendations were exactly...
My mother and I stayed at Jashita and I cannot say enough good things about our fabulous vacation! It was the BEST! My mom is 81 year old. We stayed at Jashita Hotel while touring Tulum and Chichen Itza. We booked the Cleopatra Suite for our 25th anniversary and it was fabulous. It also had a small covered deck in front of the room...
An amazing Italian/ Mexican fusion, a home away from home. We feel honoured to have been a part of the Jashita Familia, even just for a very short time! We stayed 8 days, and truly loved every moment. If you’re looking for a very calm, inviting atmosphere, a safe haven to rest and rejuvenate, look no further. I sincerely hope this place never changes. I would come back twice a year if I could. So...
We loved this property and would gladly return. The hotel is the right size -- big enough to offer excellent service, a private beach, an elegant restaurant, spacious and well-appointed room, and a lovely spa -- but without the hype and tumult of larger Gulf of Mexico properties. Jashita has a distinctly Mexican look and vibe. Highly recommend for a similar-minded traveler.
Everything about this hotel is amazing! You’ll never be disappointed staying in jashita!

The stuff was extremely nice and helpful with a constant smile everyday. Plenty of restaurants, shops around and many spots for a night out. I absolutely recommend this hotel I had a great stay.

Great choice for Tulum. There are many different types of resorts in Tulum. Some are larger with more amenities. Others have a prettier sand beach. They all come with advantages and disadvantages.
