Tulum, Carretera Cancun Tulum 307 (18 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options. The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool.
Wonderful place.. top notch service… great food.. amazing hospitality and customer service
Pleasent place to be everything food drinks, rooms
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks. This is the kind of place we could happily return to again and again.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the restaurant's food is quite mediocre and doesn't match the hotel's caliber. The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum.
A decent all inclusive hotel with very nice service.

The staff was amazing. Juan helped us and checked in on us throughout the stay which was amazing. His other staff members Alfred was a great server, Alfredo was helpful upon our initial welcome, and Aaron making the night shift smooth. It was clean, smooth, delicious food, kid friendly. Will definitely be returning.
Room was clean and resort staff friendly. Food was good and lots of amenities. The only negative was AC not working at night
Amazing and very friendly staff. Phenomenal food and entertainment. Very clean facilities.
Everyone was so friendly. The room was immaculate and the grounds, restaurants and pool areas were spotless
Excellent resort with so many thing to do, wonderful options for any type of vacation! Highly recommend, would go again.
It was unbelievably great! The concierge staff Yessica, Joseph, Geovanni and Daniel were so helpful. They made our trip awesome by being so helpful and on top of everything! I would hire each of these people at my company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was good at this resort food personal the people in the lobby restaurants bars etc it was amazing
The room was in serious need of updating. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The mirror had large black streaks down it where the plating came off the back. The toilet would run constantly unless you lifted the lid and made sure that the flappervalve was in place. The lobby had a chair with the fabric hanging down below off the bottom. However, the staff was nice at the hotel. The...
I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience.
If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything...
There was one time the world cafe took a long time to seat me, when the restaurant wasn’t full and I didn’t have much time. That was my only complaint thus far, other than that, maybe more cabs should be available to get from the beach to the gym.
Great place overall. Food 8.5/10 if that food wasn’t too good. Rooms were okay clean but something sure enough bit us up in that bed.
Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation.
The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible...
Beautiful property and wonderful service. The hot tubs were not heated in multiple areas and the hot tub on our balcony was not working. The food was OK, but not as good as what we have had in comparable resorts in Mexico.
Nice, clean resort. But lines for everything. Paperwork for everything. Grossly overpriced restaurants with medium quality food.
Overall good, but I will not go back to this resort due to limited amenities.
We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous.
Incredible place, sophisticated architecture and exceptional service! We went with God's children and had a very pleasant time, they loved it! The only downside is the extra costs for food and drinks, which are quite high!

Great hotel! Good service but expensive restaurants, Chicago downtown prices!
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.
It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so...
This hotel was outstanding. The service was five stars all the way around really enjoyed my time there very relaxing and private. It was everything I wanted will definitely be returning.
stayed at this hotel in Tulum and had an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Breakfast is basic and the same every day.
When we came back from a trip in the afternoon, there were no towels left for the pool ?!
We got upgraded to a big and fine apartment, with very comfy bed, rooms serviced every day. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. When weasked for a pot or kettle to boil water for tea, we were given an old aluminium pot which was not suitable for the cooker! We experienced the staff in reception as grumpy and not too interested in guests.
Charming hotel, located a bit far from everything. Good price and good service.
Wonderful Oasis in the jungle
Amazing apartment with separate lounge/kitchen. Great bedrooms and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. The pool area/restaurant is stunning.
It was a nice hotel. The cons are wish the water is warm when taking a shower it was cold water, one of the rooms the bed sheets has stains, and the pool is nice it just needs to be painted you can see the paint is coming off. The people in the front desk weren’t as welcoming:(
the staff were wonderful. they had fantastic price forward excursion suggestions. very nice and helpful. location was very central to shops and good food

The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. No breakfast too.
If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone. They can’t even send you pictures or videos either.
The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly. You can’t flush toilet...
It’s really uncomfortable and inconvenient hotel.
No light , dark , dirty and no doubt the property it’s amazing.
The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.
I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism.
First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100.
However, when it comes to comfort and practicality, it’s a very...
After reading many negative reviews, I decided to try it out myself. Personally, I really liked it; the experience was great, and I lowered my expectations.

I liked the convenience ans friendly staff. The plumbing needs attention. There is no parking past 8pm.
Service was very good, 24 hours a day. Very attentive, they took care of every detail in the room, everything we needed and when we asked. Located on the city's main avenue, very easy access, also safe. Neighborhood markets very close to the hotel. When we stayed it was being frequented by families.
Village location good if you use crowded collectivo (group taxi/van). Absolutely no services and we were even locked out during the day time. Wasp nest on our door. Cockroach and cigarette butts in lobby. No water pressure. They never cleaned the sheets, trash or towels the whole week. But cheap and a local experience for stories when back home.
They have no control over the TV and the air conditioner is only set to one temperature and you can't change it either; there was no control over the unit.
The bathroom had a strong smell like urine.
The gentleman in charge was not kind at all. He was somewhat rude, and would take his time to accommodate our needs.
TV signal
Generally good for the price, however I think a good TV signal would make it much better.

I must admit that I am reluctant to tell you how much I liked this hotel. I am concerned that it will become too crowded and popular. Room was very clean and spacious. Great shower! Every night the staff close the curtains and leave a little dessert which is a nice touch. My only feedback is the beach needs more umbrellas for shade and sometimes the sulphur smell on the beach is quite strong. Staff are kind and helpful.
I had an amazing stay at Tago Hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Andrea, who answered all my questions in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She truly made everything easy and welcoming.

We loved the hotel and the room very beautiful bathroom and private pool. The customer service from the hotel was extremely poor, they tried to make us pay 500 pesos per day for bikes when next door they were 200. The hotel’s location is beachfront, which is perfect for travelers. The room is well-ventilated. The only problem is the parking logistics.
The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Pros - Beautiful property with rooms that look like treehouses, right on beautiful sandy beach with private area with sun loungers. Rooms were clean and spacious, good WiFi and free offsite parking. Execellent property in terms of looks.
Cons - While the looks were great, we were not satisfied with the stay. Although the staff was lovely, there was a severe shortage of them, all around the property...
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel is very unique right on the beach, breakfast and juices are wonderful. Check in process needs improvement.
Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler.
The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.
Hotel is location is perfect, with beech front access, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Room was good with a very cold plunge pool & separate seating area to relax. Unfortunately due to shortage of staff, bars located by pools were not open, therefore no ability to get drinks or food there which was a bit disappointing. This hotel is far from the beach and definitely showing its age. Not a large property n has seen better days. Still, the staff try their best, are friendly and really the saving grace of the property. Breakfast variety is somewhat limited
The room was excellent, exceeding our expectations, and the restaurant was delicious. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, probably due to the rainy season. We were grateful to the front desk for providing mosquito repellent.
Meh, very comfortable bed, nice TV, good air conditioning and nice room. On the other hand, apart from the restaurant, no service, no housekeeping after 8:00 p.m., no one there in case of breakdown. Our sink was clogged and the manager had to try to unclog it because no one else was there. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies that bite around the pool.
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.

The service is good, but the location is terrible. You can't relax because you're right next to a nightclub called Arena, and on the other side is Papaya Playa. You also can't use the sea because it's full of sargassum and rocks. During our stay, there weren't many of the food and drinks listed on the menu.
If you want a rave, it's a good place; if you want to relax, it's not.
Hidden paradise in the jungle .
So relaxing good food .
Thankyou Alexis -Arturo- Diego for the amazing food experience.
Wished we stayed here longer than the last spot we stayed at. This place is a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The staff are great and accommodating in every way. This place is heaven on earth!

Rooms were clean and people were very friendly. Very relaxing place just we weren’t able to enjoy it due to construction next door, ( I know they can’t control that but would've been nice to have known in advance),

We quite enjoyed our oceanfront room.
Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.
Beautiful hotel and helpful staff
The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.
Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.
Nestled north of Tulum, this hidden haven wraps you in stillness, where the whispers of the scenery dance with golden light. Each morning unfolds like a love letter, breathtaking views pouring through the windows, painting dreams across the sky. Private and soulfully cozy, it cradles you in nature’s gentle hush, as if the earth itself is exhaling peace.

The whole place of Tulum was way overpriced and dirty streets . 10k a week for a room - I could have lived 10x better in Cancun or any other island in the Caribbean . Also we got robbed by the police . That was the last straw and we left early
5 day getaway, excellent service. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Loved the staff and property itself. Our room and conditions were amazing. Only downside was the seaweed issue on the beach front - other wise beautiful stay.
