AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately terrible. Everything came with an extra charge — even access to the restroom and small things that are usually standard elsewhere like WiFi. The place was dirty and poorly maintained, which ruined the atmosphere right away. On top of that, the prices were surprisingly high and completely unjustified considering the quality of the food and service. I definitely do not recommend this place.

DO NOT COME HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Half of the menu at the restaurant was not even available. They took over 30 minutes to serve a cold sandwich, which was sitting in the front fridge.

I never give reviews but the service at this place was absolutely horrible. They try to charge you for the glass, the drink, the parking, whats next breathing? After saying hello twice they responded grudgingly and ignored any conversation further. When paying for the sodas the price doubled and they referred to other lists of prices which aren't visible. Everything is dirty and the staff is lazy just wanting your money for doing nothing. They are without a doubt the rudest people we've met in Mexico. Tourist trap all the way!

Terrible. Very rude staff, they treated us horribly and wanted to charge us extra to use the bathroom after we had already paid for it. A woman who seemed like the owner was especially rude and unprofessional to customers. Food is not very good. Bathrooms are AWFUL AND DIRTY, which is not acceptable since you have to pay to use them

This is a TOURIST'S TRAP literally. We needed a place to store our luggage while visiting the ruins and they wanted us to pay for lockers without the key, where all of our stuff could have been easily stolen any moment. We also asked to go to the bathroom and they told us it was 15 pesos each unless we bought something, so we bought really Bad Ice-Cream for 95 pesos and they told us only two people could go to the bathroom... When we politely observed that it was silly to only allow two people for 95 pesos when each persons fee to enter the bathroom was 15 they simply kept saying no and wanted us to pay more. The staff was extremely and friendly and very rude the entire time. Avoid this place like the plague.

Beat up overpriced place. Waited for a shuttle bus here. Definitely wouldn't hotel here unless you're looking for a very "authentic" stay in Mexico...

WARNING: We ordered the guacamole, spicy salsa and a bottle of water. The guac looked great, fresh, the chips had a good flavor but then we noticed ants in the chips. They had the gall to look at us and say "it's just one ant." We went to pay and they offered no discount, tried to charge an exchange rate of 15 USD for 1 peso when the actual rate was 19 USD for 1 peso. The spicy salsa was essentially brown water with no discernable ingredients in it. After the ants in the food, the shady exchange rate and not even offering a discount I would highly recommend going to another restaurant if you don't want to get sick.

After visit ruins, is a good place for have an natural coxonout ice cream, which was delicious, super yumi and natural, it was the best :D

We just ate a few beef tacos here and took a rest from the heat. The service was good and the food was also pretty good. They charged more than I expected for some tacos but overall, not bad.
