Goran was a fantastic host, we also got airport transfers with him. The apartment was clean & basic but with everything you need for a weeks stay. Our terrace got sun from around 1pm- sunset so it was beautiful. The walk up to the apartments is uphill, so bear this in mind! It’s around a 10min walk to the beach & old town. The apartmani's location was unreal, with a pool and view overlooking Kotor Bay and the mountains! It's a very steep climb to get there, so not optimal for people who have a hard time walking, but very pretty.

Perfect view of kotor The perfect place to stay just out of kotor! It took 20 minutes to walk into town and the balcony has the perfect view of the town! An excellent hotel in the heart of Kotor Fortress. The atmosphere is atmospheric, and the staff is very friendly. During my three-day stay, I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The streets of the fortress are very lively and fun at night. You can join the crowd, or stay home in the cozy hotel or on the balcony. The thick window frames provide ample protection from outside noise.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

Some pros some cons A beautiful former hotel with great architecture and landscaping. Very difficult to find the property and parking without signs. The pool was green and unusable and the property was listed as being on the beach but was actually a ten minute walk the property also boasts a poolside bar, wine tasting room, dining, and a host of nearby attractions that so not exist.

This apart-hotel is wonderful: big rooms, great sea view, swimming-pools and of course - Ranka was the best host ever. You also need to know that this property is far from any stores so to buy food or go to the restaurant you must walk. If you are in a good physical shape, it will take about 20 -30 min. You will have to go down the hill and take a walk along the beach, through three tunnels and again...

Great place near to the center but still quiet

The place was nice staying at, the view is beautiful and not far from everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, they don’t like them and no new towels.

It is close to the old city but climbing the hill is very bad, that's why we did not like the location, even the taxi left us on the hill, it was difficult to walk up the hill to get to the old city, and unfortunately the cleaning was not enough.

The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

We loved the beach here, clear and the smaller rocks were easier for us to walk on. Really comfortable beds and a nice restaurant on site. Chicken tacos were not quite what my children expected but still tasty. Our only complaint was that service seemed to be extremely slow but other than that we had a great time!

We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. We were hoping to stay to use the sun beds but unfortunately they were very crowded and €45 for 2 beds and an umbrella is rather expensive.

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. We stayed at Lucic as part of our packaged tour to Montenegro. The hotel says it’s a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it more than 2. The room continuously smelled very badly, ventilation in the bathroom works really badly (or doesn’t work at all?), throughout 9 days the room was cleaned only once - really badly (basically they made our beds and replenished the toilet). It’s not far from the beach...

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly. The only downside is no visa only cash for payment.
