All praise. Perfect location, the apartment has absolutely everything a guest needs so that they don't have to bring anything from home. The maid Sladja is meticulous, pleasant and helpful. The owner is a pleasant host, with advice on which beach to go to and how to get there. We will gladly return to spend the summer there again!🙂

Everything was great, even though the toilets were shared, they were very clean, they were constantly cleaned, there was equipment in the kitchen where you could do whatever you wanted. I preferred a private room, but you can also choose dormitories, they take care of cleaning.

There was long hair everywhere. The bubble function in the whirlpool didn't work, so it was basically just a large bathtub. The windows are noisy, and the main road is right next to the house. I had a great weekend at Apart Hotel Monterria. The sea is just a 5-7 minute walk away. The owner is very responsible and friendly. I highly recommend trying their handmade drinks.

It was My first time going to Ulcinj and it was good to book a place between the city and the beach because it was 10 min with car on both sides. The apartments were good clean and spacious. The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches.
