Owner is really kind and super friendly! Feels like you are at home. The room is really comfy and the view is priceless! Everything is really nice here, except you will have to walk on a stairs for a while because the apartment is up on the hill, just like most of the houses. Rooms are not expensive at all, its very suitable! Overall, 10+! We will be back again!

Basic There was no toilet paper, no shampoo, no soap. It was a very basic, cheap place to stay in.

We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too. The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment.

All praise for the apartment in Budva. The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering.

Nice place to stay, and close to everything. The owner is very polite and helpful. The place is a bit noisy because of the road near by and the doors fail to isolate noises.

The property exceeded my expectations. Good size of the apartment, well decorated with all good facilities. It is a walk distance from the front beach where there are lots of shops, groceries and restaurants.

Truly enjoyed our stay in the 1bdr apartment. Very comfortable. It’s 10 minutes from the city and beach by walking. Parking and garage also available. Had to wait for the receptionist during check out time- was annoying maybe you put a mailbox next to reception.

I give this hotel my biggest recommendations. Definitely value for money! We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. The room was clean and optional room service was provided. The location is great! Sveti Stefan is a lot more calm and peaceful than Budva and Kotor, which is very crowded and touristy...

We had an amazing stay at Monte Perla, definitely worth 5 stars and a big recommendation! The rooms are nice and clean as well as the pool area, which also has a stunning view. Beautiful place We can definitely recommend Monte Perla Residence. The place is spotlessly clean and the people who run the place are very nice and helpful. We stayed at the top with a balcony facing the sea and had a fantastic view. The balcony is covered, so there is mostly shade there. View from the upper rooms is amazing. Clean. There is a nice cafe near by, also it takes just a few minutes to get down to the beach just by Saint Stefan’s island. The owners are very nice family, speaking English. Private parking and wi-fi also available.

Great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants and view from the window was beautiful. We found the bathrooms and shared kitchen wasn't super clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Everything was great, even though the toilets were shared, they were very clean, they were constantly cleaned, there was equipment in the kitchen where you could do whatever you wanted. I preferred a private room, but you can also choose dormitories, they take care of cleaning.

Right next to the beach with an absolutely amazing view,5 min walk to the old town and shops, clean rooms and lovely staff and host!

The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous. There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with. City tax is 1 euro per person per day. There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs

Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

It's in the old city center, so you can walk anywhere and the atmosphere is nice.

Nice room attentive staff and right in the middle of the old city. Only issue might be that the hostel is next door so there is a bubble of conversations until later in the evening, but we didn’t mind.

Fantastic apartments in a great location very close to Buljarica beach. Our apartment was really clean and well equipped. Parking is very secure. Wifi was great. Viktorija is very friendly and we had a lovely stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again!

Buljarica is the best place in Montenegro, and apartmani Viktorija was the best place I've ever stayed in. Very peaceful place, very clean. Nearby market, beach and the restaurant. Private parking, secured. Place for bbq and relaxation. Highly Reccomend

Location of the Sea Fort Hotel is very good, even it is a bit chalky to get there. But requested parking space in the hotel owned garage was available, check in was fast and friendly, rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Quality of mattress very good. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety. The hotel restaurant has a adequate menu, quality 1a! Definitely worth coming back!

A renovated place with very nice rooms and balconies. The only thing is that you have to make a 15min walk to the sea.

Really beautiful place with an amazing view of the sea, especially at sunset. The apartments are very clean and the owners are friendly and helpful. You can have a espresso at the patio, there's also a shared grill guests can use. I have to say it's really lovely and peaceful, great for a vacation near the beach.

Superb service Superb service and a very nice family hotel with pool and a nice view of the sea. So friendly, kind and welcoming host family. We arrived quite late in the evening and they waited for us and extended our stay with one hour because we were so tired and needed some sleep and we could use the pool after check out as well. Warmly recommended.

Fantastic! Fantastic is all I can say! The hosts were friendly and the apartments were great. The pool area is the best of my trip so far and you get a fantastic sea view of Budva. I will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Montenegro and can’t recommend enough.

It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went...

A good experience I can strongly recommend this place. The family that has the hotel are really nice and helpful! They made our trip into an excellent experience. Provided tips on where to go, helped with taxi, rental cars and restaurants. A very nice and calm area with restaurants and a small store in walking distance.

This accommodation was exactly what we needed to experience the Budva Riviera in an authentic way. A magnificent view, breathtaking sunsets admired from your deckchair at the swimming pool (great for swimming and not just dipping). Not really a bar or restaurant but drinks served by Vaso and his daughter (a little caress in passing for Medo, their super friendly Akita Inu). Simple but qualitative room...

The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

Amazing place! With a great view!

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information.There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. Very satisfied.

The location is great (very close to the sandy Beach), the restaurant attached is excellent for a most reasonable price, the room was of very high standard (big, bright, clean, nice and sturdy furniture, very comfortable matress). During our stay in Monténégro we also went to Petrovac and we could really compare and appreciate how much ulcinj and this hotel were great!!

I spent several days in July 2018 at Adriatic apartments in Ulcinj. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and definitely this was a great recommendation! The beach is very close, just 2-3 minutes by foot. The hosts are very nice and helpful and rooms are very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my time here! Highly recommended!

We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed and the well functioning air-conditioning. Shops and restaurant were just 100 m away. Everything else also within walking distance. Petrovac is a nice little town.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from both of the beaches. Situated in a qiuet part of a city, there is no outside noise whatsoever. Staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness was certainly above average.

I do not understand why this set two stars. Last year he lived in three stars. It's much more comfortable here. Cozy. Wooden furniture. Not to be confused with chipboard - it is WOOD. Location is close to the Long Beach (only sandy beach in Montenegro) but far from Ulcinj, the nearest city. If you want to come and go to the there, you need a car or a taxi both ways. The rooms are big and they have everything you need in them. The bathroom is a bit too small in my opinion but it's nothing to worry about. I can't give them 5 stars because it's not really perfect :/

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

Nice view from the balcony, walking to the beach is annoying, there is no microwave for convenience, so 3.
