Amazing peaceful place on the hill! Old olive trees, pool, bar and small restaurant, not many guests.. The atmosphere here is relaxing and quiet. The owners are very friendly and nice. Best stay!

You will not find more peace anywhere else on the coast. Being family owned, they make sure you have the best experience possible. Poolside beds, bar, small restaurant with homemade dishes for breakfast and dinner. And the prices are very very reasonable. Will always come back to this place.

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. Rooms are great, clean, well equipped, good ac, location is great. Highly recommend to stay here and will for sure come back...

The staff at the villa were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was varied. Many thanks to the reception and the cleaners! Many thanks to Branko, who kept an eye on everyone at breakfast and was there very attentive and smiling! All of you gave me a good mood for the days I spent there!

We spent a week at Velzon. It’s a great hotel for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Spacial thanks to Zeljka and Milan for their assistance and for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

Pretty big space with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area plus a bedroom with very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience was the shower that had the shower head holder at 4 feet level from the floor. Parking space for 3 vehicles. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place. In the city centre and close to the beach. There is not free but good parking place close. The hosts are really kind and nice. Room is clean. All necessary is. I love it and want to return.

Very nice, hospitable, sympathetic, pleasant hostess. She served her baked goods. Very clean rooms with a romantic balcony. There are all amenities. Not far from the sea. They speak Russian and English.

Super apartments, nice clear room, very hospitable owner, near a lot of not expansive great local restaurants. Enjoy to eat grape right at your balcony.
