Where to stay in Budva

Great location, just a short walk to the old town and a beautiful beach. Owner was very helpful and had a super cute dog!! Would definitely stay again

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

Breakfast and room were perfect.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

Excellent location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pools. We particularly enjoyed the smaller pool, as it was nice and quiet, and the kids could swim on their own. Good shop nearby for groceries and we had a few meals in a local restaurant, which was within 10 minutes walk - nice balkan food and good value.

The owners are amazing people. Always helpful. Always smiling. The place is very nice and very clean, close to the sea and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are clean and have everything you need to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it and encourage you to visit.

The host lady and her son were very helpful and very friendly, we were very pleased with this situation. Our room is called a studio apartment, but it was like two rooms, it was very effective and clean.

I was attracted by the burgers on the sign outside but then had a pizza. The pizza was brilliant and big. I really wanted to try the desserts, but I was stuffed. Friendly staff, fast service. Probably be back at some point. €8 for the pizza, €3 for a cider. Very happy.

Huge Pizzas and Great Pastas! Although we ordered a small pizza, we still struggled finishing it! Really good chesse and the crust of the pizza was on point! The waiter attended us nicely although he couldn't speak much English. The prices are really good! Totally recommended!

This apartment has everything I needed to be comfortable for 3 weeks. I especially liked the large terrace with a big couch and a great view of the mountains and the sea. It is a short walk to the beach, down a hill, and less than 10 minutes drive to many restaurants, shopping and other beaches. The staff who helped me were professional as well as pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

The villa is very welcoming. The room on the 3rd floor is not small, there is a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a kettle, a hairdryer, a charming balcony, cleaning is scheduled, all requests are responded to immediately, towels are not allowed, there is internet... but it is far from the sea.

Lovely place with a lovely host! They came through for us when we needed a last minute accommodation. The rooms were clean and had everything you need including a small equipped kitchen with a fridge and hot plate. The view was lovely and the location is nice but a bit far from tourist attractions if you’re here for a short time. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay in Budva!

The hostel is located 7-10 walking minutes to the old town. There are grocery shops nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a spacious outdoor area with tables and outdoor kitchen. Cheap hostel with a lot of potential. Bathrooms are disgusting tho. No cosy atmosphere, but it could easily turn into such a cosy one. Overal, I can't complain after.paying only 15€ night during high season

It was very simple and not väl organized. The kitchen was outside. I had to carry all my panniers and bags to the second floor. The lower bunkbed didn't have space for me to really sit upright, even I am short. In addition to that, there were some bars under the upper bed, where I easily (😉) banged my head. The toilet with shower was also simple and only one for around 10 beds.

The location is great but get a taxi when you get there or hike 20 mins as its elevated, though u can get down easily by walk. If you have a bigger luggage you can message the hostel manager, he gave me a bunch of numbers for local taxi services so I didn't get overcharged. Had a really nice stay overall. Up a steep hill but views are amazing. Friendly people and a nice atmosphere for solo travelers.

Stayed here for a few nights while traveling solo and honestly had a great time. The place is pretty simple, but you can tell they’re putting effort into improving it. great location with a great view. the owner is very helpful and it is worth contacting him in regards to transport to and from the hostel. the facilities here are basic. some beds have privacy curtains but not all. the beds are comfy. the showers/bathrooms are usually a mess and need to be cleaned more often. the kitchen is also cramped. it would be fun in the summer when there are more travellers

It's called high hostel. It's high up. If you can't hack a walk up a moderate sized hill don't book. I find the reviews for this place regarding the hill very harsh. Friendly staff, clean hostel, in heart of old town, comfortable, toilets and bathroom not separate, long winding steps to get upto rooms from tiny lobby, old town Budva did not have any water for almost 2 days, for toilet, drinking, or anything, quite frustrating for all travellers, and staff didn’t like us asking about it.town undergoing construction works so roads off limits sometimes.

Fantastic hostel in a brilliant location. It was quite social even though on this occasion we didn't make friends. I'd have loved to stay longer and definitely would want to return. The beds were so so so comfortable with curtains - these were the first curtains we experienced in the Balkans. Quite cheap too with lovely clean communal areas and bathrooms. Brilliant.
