Not very clean. Stains everywhere (couch, linens, & towels). Bed was very firm. No blanket or duvet cover, only a top/flat sheet. Only had one remote for 2 TVs. Battery died and didn’t work.

We have stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful, cozy and clean hotel. Breakfast was rich enough and we had a great stay there. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Old City, it can be quite exhausting under the sun but still worth it.
The staff was helpful.
On the face of it a lovely hotel, however the Aircon was incredibly noisy and kept turning itself off. We were told that breakfast ended at 10:30am, when it actually finished at 9:30am, so we therefore missed breakfast. It has the possibility of doing well with good communication from staff.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.
Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room.
Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.

Very nice place to stay in Rafailovici. We stayed in room 16 - large apartment with excellent view from terrace. Everything you need for comfortable accommodation is there. Personnel is friendly and doing their best to make your vacation perfect. There are several markets near the hotel, bus stop is near too, so hotel has perfect location.

Alright, let's get a couple of housekeeping items out of the way first. This is a family run guest house designed for longer term stays, not a hotel. Also, it is a walkup on a very steep mountainside and most of the shopping and restaurants in town are 5 to 10 minutes away by car.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua Doria. The guy Boban who runs it day to day is super friendly and helpful, and really works to make sure your stay is a good one. We mebtioned being able to make coffee was important for us and they sorted a Dolce Gusto machine for our kitchen which we used all the time during our stay. The WiFi and A/C were very good.

All in all was okay, but the bathroom didn’t have a properly working light and the AC wasn’t working properly (but was still OK). The lady who owns the place was super friendly and helpful. Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan. Divna gospodja Desa koja radi u vili se pobrinula da u svakom momentu sve bude cisto i uredno. Redovno su menjani peskiri i posteljina kao i upijajuce prostirke u kupatilu (menjane na dnevnom nivou). Vlasnica i osoblje su ljubazni i predusretljivi... Lokacija je dobra. We stayed at this hotel for six nights. It's not a bad hotel, but it has some drawbacks. There's no elevator, so you have to lug your luggage up the stairs to the fourth floor. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, and the breakfasts are meager and monotonous.
