The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports. Only thing missing there is an elevator and a safe.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very friendly and accommodating. The food is varied and very nicely prepared. The hotel pool is clean, large with a satisfactory number of sunbeds and umbrellas. The only problem is the mediocre hygiene in the rooms. Shampoos and baths are not replenished daily, only towels are replaced, bathrooms are not cleaned...

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfasts are delicious, and there are plenty of pools on the premises. The animators are great and fun.

Montenegro is beautiful and the hotel has a great location near the beach with two pools, but service was a big disappointment. In 7 days our room was never cleaned and sheets never changed, even after complaints. Excellent hotel, friendly staff, perfect cleanliness and plus there is a good track on the roof. The hotel is well located, about 5 minutes walk to the old town. My wife and I stayed here for two nights, everything was great. I rarely write reviews or recommend anything, but this hotel deserves a recommendation.

This garni logistically convenient for visiting Budva (magnificent city) is located by making a small climb after a small church with cemetery. It is located in a modern building with reception. The rooms are large and clean easily reachable by elevator. The staff is friendly and even the language problem was easily overcome with the use of google translate. Amazing hotel, beautiful view, very clean and absolutely the best staff. I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on. He drove me around till I found a replacement, made sure I paid a low price on it and even helped me fix it back up! Absolutely the best, 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped her last week. The hotel is very nice good clean and rooms are a good size and comfy beds. Staff very friendly . Breakfast had plenty of choice for all pallets.
