The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures also the wifi only works on the first floor, we didn't get it in our room,we bought a local sim card to get internet. Every morning we were woken up by a cleaning lady who is annoyingly knocking on the door, you need a 'do not disturb' sign as is usually the case in hotels.

It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports. Only thing missing there is an elevator and a safe.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

Arrived hours early for check in after taking a night bus to Budva so thought we’d have to spend all day waiting to check in, however the manager saw us waiting and decided to change our booking and upgrade us to an apartment so we could check in early and get some sleep! Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have not been well maintained which have signs of mold. The restaurant food was average.

The hotel is centrally located, near the bus station and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Budva. Those beaches are overcrowded and not clean, though. The awesome thing was that every day I hopped on the bus to explore different towns along the coast. If you are adventurous, staying round the corner from the inter-town bus station could be useful. Family run business who were very friendly, the meals were great and large portions.The apartment was very clean the only fault was the bath/shower its quite high for getting in & out which could be a problem when wet.Its situated up a hill and is about a 20 min walk down to the beach front
