Set sprawling on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic sea, the Harmonia hotel proved to be an epitome of luxury with functionality baked in. It is located about 2.5 kms away from town centre.
Rooms were spotless. Service was unmatched and proactive. Everything seemed to work without any hiccups.

The amenities screamed opulence but the hotel somehow exudes an air of humility. The ambiance was serene and tranquil. The view from our balcony was partially blocked by tree branches and bushes and this is nitpicking at best.
The breakfast provided was fresh and indulgent. All in all highly recommended!

From the warm welcome at the reception upon our arrival to the attentive staff at the dining room and the team at the sauna, everything was truly amazing.

I also want to thank Kristina from the hotel restaurant for her friendly attitude and excellent service.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days between 23/11 /25 - 27/11/25 and we had an excellent experience. From the friendly chauffer that picked us up from Tivat airport, to the warm welcome we got at the reception upon our arrival, to the attentive staff at the dinning room and the team at the sauna, everything was amazing. The hotel was clean and beautiful, like it was built not so long ago and it was also very luxurious and cozy. Also the location of the hotel is great. Only 30 minutes (by foot) or 10 minutes (in a car) to the Old City. I would especially like to thank Ksenia from the reception for the exceptional kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist us with every request. I also want to thank Kristina from the hotel restaurant for her friendly attitude and excellent service. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

We stayed at Harmony Hotel during our wedding celebration and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel truly felt luxurious – from the elegant rooms to the wonderful atmosphere – and every detail was perfectly taken care of. Our guests also enjoyed their stay immensely and praised both the comfort and the service.

This 4-star hotel exceeded all expectations and made our special time even more memorable. We can warmly recommend it to anyone looking for both luxury and comfort.

Had an amazing stay at the Harmonia Hotel. The staff and service were fantastic and very family friendly. The staff on reception especially Mia were so pleasant and helpful. The pool was amazing with beautiful views and the spa was luxurious. Would highly recommend this resort. 10/10 we will be returning!

I would like to say Thank you to Mina she works at the beach and she was lovely. amazing staff who works at the bar at the beach for the hotel. She helped me and didn’t mind calling for my luggage. Beni was also a great bartender! Everyone at the hotel was very efficient, lovely, and informative. I am still here at the hotel and leave sunday august 24. I am pleased. The rooms are fine they are just to get rest since exploring montenegro is the goal so cannot complain about the hotel. It’s great , Has AC, Breakfast, Wifi and great staff. I would highly Recommend. Wonderful view, And walkable distance to places.

We booked this hotel because it had a private beach.The Dukley was sold out but this was on the same property so we booked it. $445 USD per night- about the same as the Dukley. We were there in June). Upon arrival we had to go up 20+ steps in order to check in (with our luggage) and no assistance available. We had been traveling for a while so all we wanted was something to eat and a beach. The room was 86 degrees when we checked in even though they asked what are ETA was. It never got cold in the room- horrible AC. The only Harmonia restaurant that was open was an all day breakfast place. We went to a mediterranean restaurant on the Dukely side and it WAS actually good. Special Note:Nothing is open on Sunday until noon except the horrible buffet place. The Dukely has a much nicer buffet but we were not allowed. We were ready for the beach! We found the Dukley beach which we could utilize for €100 per person (Free for Dukley) but they were sold out. After asking 8 people and walking around for over 40 minutes we could not find the Harmonia Beach. We went to the front desk since and they showed a virtual walking map to the beach - it was more than a 1/3 mile (.5 KM) away. They didn't have a map I could take with me...So I guess I was supposed to memorize it. They said they had a pool which was first come first serve. We chose to go there since it was already 4pm. When we arrived there were 2 chairs with nobody in them. I asked the guy at the pool if they were available he said NO. After 20 min they were still unused. I asked the waiter if they had closed out their bill.. he said yes. So they were available after all. There were also reserved signs on 2 other chair/tables so first come first serve was inaccurate. We tried to make reservations at the Dukley private beach and the Harmonia beach...Both sold out for the rest of our stay. How does everything sell out days in advance? Had we not gone on a boat excursion and seen another lounge chair area from the water we would not have known to ask because it was never given to us as an option. We went to this area and we were fortunate to get 2 chairs on the water (€100 per person for Harmonia guests - Free for Dukley). Loved this area - it was a kid free zone.
Unfortunately, the only friendly person on property was the lifeguard. We opted for the buffet breakfast when booking and it was horrible. One night we realized we needed some bottle water and called down to the front desk. They said they had nothing. With no other options to secure some water we called back and insisted they find some. They got us 2 small bottles (the same they use for the mini bar) instead of the free ones they provide and charged us €8 upon checkout. What kind of hotel won't get you a bottle of water when everything else is closed? Don't be fooled by the photos if you are NOT a Dukley guest you will be treated like trash...nothing on the property is for the Hotel Harmonia guests and even Dukley guests were getting turned away at the Dukley beach. Rumor has it that they reserved areas for wealthy Russians that would come there off their boats (not guests of either hotel). The hotel is Russian owned by friends of Putin. Take that for what it is worth. We did not opt for spa day - but it didn't matter because we were told by another guest that if you wanted that you should have made reservations WEEKS in advance. The WIFI was horrible in our room which was almost directly above the reception area. We could not maintain a connection for more that a few minutes without it dropping. We contacted the front desk. Despite their supposed efforts it never got better. We had to buy an E-sim on our phones.
Based on the very unfriendly argumentative staff the spa probably would not have been a great experience anyway. When they asked about my stay I told them how disappointed I was about the inability to utilize a beach and instead of any kind of apology they got defensive and argumentative. DO NOT stay here as everything is a HUGE disappointment.

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.
