Great location of the hotel, within walking distance from the beach. Parking place is included in the price, which is an additional bonus. The staff is young, but very welcoming and willing to help. Good price for the value!

Dirty, small rooms, the cleaners during the week's stay didn't even change the sheets or took the rubbish out once. Paint peeling off the walls, stains and holes everywhere. Our terrace was constantly flooded with water coming from the air conditioning of the rooms above. The food in the hotel restaurant was always cold and distasteful. I'm very much disappointed. The only plus of this place was the location. It was 5 minutes away from the beach and restaurants.

Great food. Staff disinterested and unfriendly, except for the guy from the kitchen who was great. The TV was not working even though every day they convinced me that it was working. It was the end of the season, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't clean the table and floor. Location excellent, 5 to 10 min from the beach.

Perfect stay from A to Z, luxurious wish to room with incomparable comfort bed and robustness. About the restaurant : it is simple I would have thought in a 5*, perfect amount, great diversity of dishes.
The staff is pleasant especially the ladies at reception who are a charm.

Hotel is in a pitiful state ! The rooms are rather run-down ! Around the hotel it is in bulk ! However, staff rather friendly and the restaurant pretty good or the cook has put in 4 to please us !

Beautiful,charming hotel in Budva,close to beach,and with nice staff.
Our room was with balcony,and it was very clean and comfortable,with good bathroom.
Free parking in Budva hotel was one of the main reasons why we chose Bip,and we did'nt regret,everything was great.

Budva old town,markets and beach are very close.

Nice hotel with beach across the street.
Rooms are clean and staff is very kind.
We had a half board service, and food was really good, dinner especially.
We had a free parking, so we did’nt use our car at all.
We definitely recommend it to the families with kids.

Nice hotel, nice staff
Hotel Bip Budva is well located, beach is 2 min’s away from hotel, and city center is about 10 min’s walk from the hotel.
It has a free parking, rooms are clean with nice friendly staff.
We had a half board service, and everything was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Budva! The prices were really good for what they offer — great value for money. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and beautifully maintained, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Budva — I’ll definitely come back! Greetings from Albania 🇦🇱

We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff - Yasmina, Magda, and every single person we encountered in the reception or cleaning staff, were all SO KIND, WELCOMING and had a high-class service attitude. They made our stay 1000% better with great recommendations, and lovely present in our room when checking in.
The room is very big, including a kitchen and a balcony. The room is super clean, design is up to date and the bathroom is new. I do wish they would offer different soaps for body vs. shampoo and conditioner, but this is the most ridiculous comment I have ever had on a hotel.
Breakfast was worth it - fresh veggies, eggs, nuts, granola, pastries and fruit. From what it looked when we were looking for an hotel in Montenegro, it's more than average.
They have a lots of parking soace, a groceries store near the hotel, based right near the beach and it's 15 mins walk from the old town.
They have a small gym and a swimming pool which we didn't try because it was cold.
We will definitely come back on our next stay. Thank you Admiral hotel team!

Very nice small hotel - renovated and clean. The rooms are small, but since this is a lively beach town with so many great places to visit, vibrant streets with countless cafés, bars and restaurants open late into the evening, you really only need the room to shower and sleep. 😊
Breakfast was perfect, nicely presented and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is just a 5–10 minute walk away, and the Old Town is also close.
The pool area is cosy and pleasant, and you can even take the towels to the beach (just let the reception know first). One thing to keep in mind: there’s no elevator in the building.

Not recommended – very disappointing stay
For about 10 hours there was no hot water in the hotel. After coming back from the sea and the pool, we couldn’t shower and had to stay like that for dinner and going out. The showers only had freezing water, and when we approached the staff we were told this was a recurring problem throughout the hotel, and that the technician could only come the next morning. Only thanks to a very kind employee, who personally went to the boiler and fixed it himself, the problem was eventually solved.
The next morning we approached the reception expecting at least some acknowledgment, but instead experienced terrible service: the manager denied the issue completely, accused us of lying, and spoke in a rude and dismissive way. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff members were nice, but the manager’s attitude was simply unacceptable.
Other things to note:
• No elevator in the hotel, and this is not mentioned anywhere.
• The room was very small, even though we booked a “Superior” (supposedly the largest).
• Noise is heard clearly in the rooms.
Bottom line – I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed for 4 nights. It was very comfortable. Pool was clean. Hotel is located near to beaches. 5 mins by walking. 20 minutes for Old Town.
Staff were very helpful. We asked them to arrange airport shuttle for arrival and departure.
Breakfast options could be more. Only pork was available. There could be beef.
