Disappointing Experience – Not Worth 4 Stars

**Disadvantages:**
- Far from the beach
- No parking available as described
- Located on a slope, making access difficult
- Rooms are not clean
- Showers get clogged
- Rooms are not soundproofed, very noisy in the morning when new guests arrive, as in our case
- The surrounding area is strange and dirty
- Wi-Fi only works on the first floor, not at all on other floors

Overall, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars, at most 2.

Bugüne kadar kaldığımız en kötü oteldi.Çok pisti. Gece 12’den sonra geldiğimizde resepsiyonda kimse yoktu.Odalarda karınca yuvaları var. Rutubet ve tuvalet kokusu var.Klimalar çalışmıyor.4 gecede 3 oda değiştirdik.Hepsi kötüydü.

Wen we arrived we were announced that the parking was non existent and we need to pay for private parking, the shower door was broken, the toilet leaked a lot of water, the light was not functional in the room, the mini fridge was broken, the air conditioner wraped with ducktape and did not work properly, the staff barely existed in the looby, really far from the beach and over all a disastrous experience. :d

The hotel looks nice in appearance and has a fair view of the sea on the beach side of the hotel. The staff are very nice and courteous and try to be helpful.
1. The bed was not very comfortable and the mattress is very old.
2. The hotel does not allow people to eat in their rooms, but does have a mini bar in the refrigerator that smell bad and is very dirty. There is a massive ice build up in the freezer section and the ice tray was full of trash.
3. The maid only cleaned the room once duration no our week stay.
4. We had to track down the maid for clean bath towels and toilet paper.
5. The Air Conditioner had a very bad odor and the filters had not been cleaned in years.
6. Only one room of a 2 room suite had air conditioning.
7. The drain on the shower leaked from under the shower pan and kept the bathroom floor wet the whole time we stayed in the hotel.
8. when notified of the problem, the hotel solution was to throw towels on the floor.
9. We was on the 3 floor with a balcony next to ours, that the guest could climb on to our balcony.
10. The sliding balcony door does not lock, and there was no way to secure the door.
11. The hotel advertises they have a fitness center and sauna, the signs pointing the directions to the amenities has been taped over and the spa and fitness center had been turned into a staff dorm, full of bunk beds, for the staff to live in the hotel.
12. The breakfast served was edible, and consisted of rolls, lunch meat, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, cereal, milk, yogurt drink, fruit, maybe eggs, fried, scrambled or boiled. Meat provided was canned liver Spread, fried hot dogs, and pastries that was not good. Coffee, tea and orange drink.
The hotel has internet, that is limited to 15 min a day, or for 7 euros, per day unlimited access, for 20 euros you have 1 week access, and they limit you to two devices access on the internet, that is very slow service.
13. The hotel list 20 Chanel's for the TV, but only 5 worked and was view able, no Russian or English channels, even though the TV listing list several.
14. The room telephones do not work, and the only way to contact the staff is to go to the front desk.
15. The hotel does have a beach that is about 1 km walk on the coast, that is dirty, with bottle caps and cigarettes.
16. The hotel does have access to a pool, but only for the full time residence and staff who live in the hotel.
17. Outside of out balcony was the beer garden of the neighboring hotel, that played loud music into the night, that was mostly resident hotel staff from both hotels talking and drinking.

While the travel agency bill this as a 4 star hotel, it is not much more than a low 2 star hotel.
I would not recommend stay at this hotel, for the price, they are overcharging for a poorly operated and managed.
