t's just horror and deception
I have never had such an experience in my life. And I don't recommend it to anyone.
There is no 3 *, this is an option of a B&B without stars for a lot of money. If you want to live in a barn, this is the place for you.
The owner of the hotel, Mister Pana, is a specific person, he does not know any language other than Serbian. He does not accept other people's arguments, the whole business is based only on how to make money. Either pay or leave.
What do you get for 110 € per day
1. Room: everything is very old, creaky bed, very small toilet, no soundproofing at all. Poor quality towels, lack of sun blackouts.
2. Cleaning: she was not there for 3 days. Maybe it was necessary to specifically about it??? They only brought me fresh towels for the 3rd day.
3. Breakfast: a meager menu, from the category of instant coffee, scrambled eggs and a slice of bread.
4. Beach: there is no beach, there are crumbling plastic tables with plastic chairs by the sea. Such a look that it is better not to touch them (in principle, like everything in the room) if you want to lie down, you lie down on the asphalt
5. Mister Pana only works with Booking.com

And now to the situation, after we drove 18 hours, we reserved and paid for this accommodation option on hotels.com
At the reception they say:
„
we don't work with hotels.com, we don't have your reservation. There is no room, everything is booked, the door is there. What and to whom you paid on hotels.com, we do not care. Return money however you want. We are not involved in this.“
And in hotels.com representatives of the hotel refused to call and tried the situation clear.
After 2 hours of discussion, only Serbian is spoken at the hotel, and guests are beckoned to translate the Serbian speech into English, a room was found for us, but it had to be paid for again. Or go to the exit. This is my first time in my life.
Then an hour on the phone with hotels.com and cancellation of the reservation.
The hotel owner is engaging in fraud. I got the full impression that this person is cheating in order to get paid.

Ps: Mr. Pana was also unable to type out the correct surnames, names and document numbers from our passports to registration documents for presentation at the border crossing. This person should not be engaged in such a business, he does not have computer literacy and understanding of processes this business, which is why he has big problems. calling guests inexperienced and corrupt, the first step is to start looking in the mirror. After the charges are brought forward, I will go to court.
