Very comfortable room with kettle, coffee machine, safe and plenty of hanging space. Air conditioning worked brilliantly and was very quiet. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Staff were very helpful.

The location is central yet quiet, close to the Hassan II Mosque and the Medina, and there are delicious and affordable seafood restaurants nearby. After seven days in riads (each with its own pros and cons), I finally found a standard hotel that was generally comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is similar in style to Atour in China, but the value for money is a matter of opinion. By the way, avoid the nearby Marina Mall for shopping; the sea view is nice, but there's nothing to buy.

Modern hotel with a great location - all the main attractions are within 30-40 minutes' walk. Parking is along the road. Comfortable, fairly large rooms, everything you need - a kettle, a coffee machine with capsules, a refrigerator. Excellent choice for breakfast. On the top floor - a bar (if this bothers you - ask for rooms on the lower floors, the bar is open until 1.00 am, it can be noisy). Cool, comfortable hotel for quite reasonable money for Casa.
But correspondence and communication with the hotel is a quest. Several times I wrote a request before arrival asking for a late check-out, no answer anywhere. Only upon arrival they extended it for money (this is normal, but I would like to know in advance).

Stayed from 23.04 to 25.04. The hotel is conveniently located. The interior is stylish, there is a terrace and a rooftop bar with a beautiful view. The bar has a DJ, live music and nice people. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is simple, but I did not go hungry. The room is new, the bed is comfortable, clean. The room has a stove, dishes, a kettle, a hairdryer. I liked the design of the shower, the glass wall, which creates the right mood if you are traveling for romantic purposes 🙂. I definitely recommend the hotel!

I enjoyed staying in kaan hotel
The location was perfect, you can walk to the tram station, cathedral and united nations square.
It was a bit noisy at the night because of the rooftop, i recommend you stay in first two floors.

Brand new hotel and super chic. Awesome view from the rooftop.
Great location (right next to a nice park)
Room was stylish. However no amenities (not even slipper, toothbrush).
Overall it’s very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely book again.
