doing a Sound System for a Birthday party there in Royal Ball room . the food serve at the party is just so so to average restaurant . They need a cargo way to their ball room because there are heavy duty Equipment like a speaker or a big stage setting need to access quit and easy.

Buffet breakfast is really good. Budget buffet. So, I didn't expect much but it contains all basic breakfast menu items. The eggs station and the salad station also included. I really like the omelette made by chef. 👍

The hotel is located between the airport and Myanmar Plaza, a good location that is convenient for getting to the neighborhood. The room facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Overall, it's quite worth recommending.

Since it is Myanmar, there are frequent power outages. VISA, AMEX, JCB and other cards could not be used.

Only spent a night here. Hotel seemed great. Room very comfy with lots of thoughtful touches. Staff very friendly and helpful. One down side was that the lift doesn't go to the third floor (could be an issue for some) and the rain was so noisy on the roof. Floors 1 and 2 wouldn't have this I'm sure.

Rich breakfast and convenient transportation

Really nice view while walking into the room being greeted by the shwedagon pagoda, one thing I really like is that they have a sports channel for people who like watching f1; including me. One thing that I despise is the croissant, it tastes a bit bitter not sure why.. but overall this is a really good place to stay if you want a nice view

If you're looking for a place with nice room and nice breakfast near downtown, here is the best place with fair price. I like the breakfast here and restaurant's menu are fair price with good taste and enough portion. This will be my always choice if I want to take rest in downtown. And 3 minutes walk to 19th street which people well know bar street in Yangon.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Everything was great – clean, and the staff was friendly. They did implement a slightly odd rule this time where you have to leave your passport at the reception for immigration purposes, but oh well.

The service is ok, breakfast was good. BUT bath towel provided was torn! The pillow cover seems black! and my room slippers seems to disappear daily! my child blanket was tucked into the bed and i found a bug on the bed! I went out for the day and came back in the evening and found food bits on the floor near the door and there were ants around it! Best is when we sent our clothes for outside laundry...

It was only a short stay, but it was very comfortable and quite near to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the vibes - it looked straight out of a movie! The staff were all helpful, they even packed our breakfast since our flight was early. You can also immersed in the experience of trying traditional tanaka (face cream) at the lobby.

The first international hotel in Yangon. Interior is a bit on the old-fashioned glamorous side. Worth to be noted is the rooftop Sky Bar - a really big multiple storey place with multiplr open and closed terraces, offering great views to the city and Shwedagon pagoda - in fact, this is may be the nearest unobstructed view to it. It's quite dated. The bed is far from comfortable. Shower is located above the bathtub and anyone that's taller than 1,7m can't even stand straight under it. Noise pollution due to pioneer nightclub. It is a large hotel in the city center of Yangon. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and provide breakfast. The lunch and dinner on the top floor are also good and not expensive. The front desk receptionist is also very enthusiastic. When there is an occasional power outage, the hotel will quickly start their own generator. Recommended!
