I was planning to visit Yangon on the weekend but loved the hotel so much that I have spent most of the time resting, swimming, training and enjoying massage in their Spa (Nadia). It's a really great hotel. We had a lake view room, and it was fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Alainmar in the restaurant - great coffees. The hotel is well presented and clean. The gym is pretty good. The breakfast is top notch. The only issue I had, and it's quite important for me, was the wifi was not very good.

Comfy room and big bathroom (the shower is amazing!). The WiFi is very unstable. There a lot of options for the breakfast, but the western section isn’t so good (at least they have bread and eggs). The YaYa’s menu is delicious, and the room service is fast. All the staff is very helpful.

The place is a grace with splendor and majestic in the morning but in the evening after the sun is gone, the place turns creepy. All the staff are smiling at you as if they know something about you. Good location with nice clean rooms and reasonable room charges with free Wi-fi and breakfast for all guests.

I made a reservation for 2 nights and showed them the receipt for the credit card payment, but they said they couldn't verify it so I had to pay in cash! Front desk service was awful.

Great place for a budget stay in downtown Chinatown but still feel secure and good because they don't have day section room services. Available single bedrooms and those are the rare things in most of the hotels. Cleaned even though it's a little small. Breakfasts were good. It's a nice walk to stroll around Chinatown especially in the evening. Will stay next time too.

Absolutely fantastic. Leo and his colleagues were so helpful and friendly. I can't thank them enough. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. The front counter staff helped me book buses and other translation issues I had. They didn't charge me any extra and always helpful to me.

It's close to the airport, so it's ideal for people who have a flight the next day. The downside is that there are no restaurants or shopping spots nearby. It takes about 5 to 8 minutes to get to 10 Mile, where you can find restaurants and shopping.

Great little hotel, centrally located. Small rooms, but comfortable, gotta walk up the steps to your floor. Internet sucks but in Myanmar, that's what you must expect... buy a SIM at the airport! It's close to the airport, so I used it the day before I returned home. I really liked the fact that I was able to negotiate a way to get to the airport from a short walk from the hotel for exactly 10,000 Ks. On the day I stayed there, there was a five-hour power outage from 5am to 10am, so I woke up to a hot room, and it was muggy afterwards and I had a hard time knowing when the power would be restored...

The power outage made the room hot, the elevator stopped working, and I was tired going up and down the stairs. There was no food, so it was inconvenient. I was glad that the receptionist who was there last year was still there.

The Hotel is just fine as others, the Apple Bar and KTV is also incredible. The night club is most convenient place for the one who need. The place is quiet and the view are vivid because it lies on the highest place in Insein township.

First time staying here for a business trip, and my overall impression is: the facilities are quite new, the environment is good, breakfast is plentiful, and it offers great value for money. Plus, there's no traffic congestion, making it convenient for getting around and to the airport.

The room didn't have any tissues or a comb. The exhaust fan in the shower was terrible, making the air circulation poor. There were also no beer glasses.

Up to standard, and the room is pretty good. Has the small parking spaces that can host a few vehicles. A few minutes walks to Myanmar plaza shopping mall and to some embassies. There’s are some liquor stores and minimart nearby.

Despite of staff does their best, the hotel is terrible. Everything is old and dirty. The linens and towels should be thrown out and put new ones. There is no hot water. And I saw many cockroaches.

Accommodation in Yangon. Although it is not luxurious, the staffs are very friendly and always help us with everything, even helping us negotiate taxi fares. Since we are foreigners, we often encounter very high taxi fares. This saves us a lot of money.
