The rooms are ok the people at the reception are very rude 😒 they behave as if they are doing you a favor whilst your paying please just change your attitude it's irritating 🙄 we the customers bring business to you guys you can't treat customers like they are begging for a room

The location is good, close to all relevant needed services. Furniture is old, cleaning standard is low.

the place is falling apart. a lot of renovations needed. blankets are very dirty. no DStv or any Tv decoder. we didn't use Aircon the remote did not have batteries. wardrobe can't be used because is falling. ceiling is bad. without doubt the worst guest house i have ever been to. i just prayed for the morning to arrive so that i can leave.

The only good thing about this guest house was the location
Upon entering the room there was a very strong stench of drains, the overflow hole was stuffed with a piece of plastic bag in the attempt to stifle the smell.
The room its self was grimey and the beds extremely uncomfortable.
Hearing that we were leaving after 1 night the owner became extremely hostile and aggressive.
I have stayed at over 16 guest houses during my stay in Namibia and this one is by far the worst.
Definitely not worth the money.

Good place friendly staff nice rooms but they could do with some touch ups TV selection service all you need is available

We made a reservation for 2 nights on Wednesday and the receptionist never made the reservation. I belive this is a poor service and I would not recommend it at all.

Worst place ever!!! Very dirty, smelly, dusty and unhygienic, condom wraps, hair all over the floor, bathroom is very dirty. The water comes up to your room when you shower. Dirty beddings, previous guest peed on the bed and they never changed the sheets .I bet they don’t wash them at all coz there are some little bugs in there, my kids got sick. DONT GO THERE!!! It’s terrible and staffs are unfriendly too!

Supper beautiful place, wonderful rooms. Minor renovations required and perhaps the cleaning team need to understand their roles to do it a bit more honestly.
I will definitely go back again, I recommend double rooms, 24B or 16 to my friends.
