Location absolutely good BUT next to a very busy street - make sure you do not sleep in room 9 or 10. Rooms very basic. No window to open. Rate is for bed and breakfast - worst breakfast I had at any accommodation in my life! Will for sure not recommend to anyone.

Room and Location is average, the breakfast is more than needed. The had now window. Either you let the door open or you have no chance for fresh air in the room. All things are old and not well maintained but the function is given. The door is not easy to lock, even the service had to try it more times. The comfort of the bed is more then ok.

Poor Excuses
We arrived and there was no toilet paper in the room, when we asked for it, we were told they don't have any toilet paper and it will only be delivered the next day. We then had to buy our own toilet paper. There were ants and insects crawling out of the wooden panels attached to the walls. The pool was filthy, when we asked staff if they could please clean it, they said the person that cleans the pool is on leaf and will only return the following week. So the kids could not swim. Breakfast was not to bad.

Very quiet and private homely accommodation. It was a secure and comfortable place for our family. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The guest house is located in an uptown location and within minutes drive/walk to big shopping malls. Please consider preparing meals, if you can. It would be great to have a home meal in such a homely environment. Your restaurant is lovely. Gift & Family - Zambia

The guesthouse is in a god location. Easy to travel to the airport and close by a mall. Rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. Basic needs were met. There are no hairdryers in the rooms which was a little inconvenient for me. Beautiful gardens, clean pool and lovely breakfast.

The overall experience of staying this time is not bad, I would give it a score of 70 points. The location of the hotel is quite convenient and the surrounding facilities are relatively complete. The room is generally clean and sanitary conditions need to be improved. The bed comfort was average and sleep quality was okay. Overall, the price/performance ratio is okay, but there is room for improvement.
