A lovely property and nice room. The hotel’s location is good, not too far from the tram and walkable into the town. The room itself could do with some renovation - some wallpaper is peeling off, there are stains over the wall and it could do with a good paint and clean. I would stay again but it would be better if the room was refreshed.

Breakfast costs €16.50 if you order it directly at reception upon check-in, but you end up paying €19.50. Why? None. You simply have to pay €19.50. But the breakfast is very good.

Ate at the restaurant which was perfect. Food was lovely and service brilliant. The interior is really interesting, shows off the history but also feels like a nice restaurant. Take a water taxi to this location to make it even more special. Recommended.

We spent one night at this hotel. It's an amazing historical building (Headquarter of HAL - Holland Amerika Lijn) and you see and feel the historical atmosphere whether you're in hall or in the room itself. Service was great although we didn't had any special requests. The breakfast was nice with a good mix of various options.

It was closed because of lockdown. But it is really beautiful on the outside. Also, I had the best hot chocolate there! The coffee is open for order and pick up.

Really nice hotel with a great location. The hotel has such a nice aesthetic, and the theme really fits the old port vibes. The room was really nice and bigger than we thought it was going to be. The prices are a bit steep, and there is a bit of traveling to get to the sights of the city.

The staff were so helpful and gave plenty of advice on where to visit and how to get around. The overall feel of the hotel is very special - the exposed brick, the wooden beams on the ceilings, the areas to sit and relax with views on the water. Location could no be better - 6min walk from the train station and similar to the town square. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was outstanding and the decor with its wooden beams and brickwork was sublime. All the staff members was amazing and the breakfast options was plentiful. The bed was probably one of the best I have slept in and I look forward to my return.

Attic room was large. No AC so open windows let in noisy drinking crowd sounds at 2 AM. . .Stairs narrow steep winding very short foot area--dangerous. No help taking luggage to attic room. This hotel could really improve with some easy changes. They only give you coffee in the room on your first day. That makes no sense!! They don’t replenish toilet paper, Kleenex or empty the trash when they make up your room. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The towels are thin and old and so are the bed linens. The chairs are stained. General maintenance isn’t addressed, throughout the hotel....

Centrally located next to a canal of Old Delft, we got a studio with a kitchenette which we used to fix breakfast. Very nice overall. We were in the annex 1 street over, so I can't comment about the main hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, and great location with the old city and many restaurants around

The staff service was somewhat cold. As for the rest, I've already commented on it in another review. They could improve the facilities and room, and do better maintenance, to be considered a 4-star hotel. It's a non-smoking hotel, but I found cigarette butts on the terrace, so the room is just as contaminated.

For a hotel rated 4 stars, the room and facilities could be significantly improved; they were somewhat neglected and poorly maintained. Although the lady preparing breakfast was attentive, the buffet, while seemingly varied, was processed. The crepes and other items were packaged, not homemade.

Amazing place. Monique arranged perfectly the stay of my parents on her BBB. They stayed over for a couple of nights on a room and they had a perfect experience. Rooms are comfortable, with all necessary ecquipment. They are clean and silent during the nights. The view towards the water is fantastic!

If we wouldn‘t stay in this beautiful cozy hotel, we wouldn‘t have seen the gorgeous Port of Rotterdam. The rooms are great, very cozy and relatively big. Wow A small but very nice family hotel. The son and father are very helpful, open and very friendly. The stay in this hotel was very nice because the host family have the know-how and gave me a wonderful welcome. Breakfast is also very fine and is personally freshly prepared. Have stayed here many times - it’s my preferred accommodation whilst in Rotterdam. It’s right in front of Rotterdam Centraal (Train station). Accessible to lots of necessities ~ shops/food places, entertainment. Highly recommended

The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. It's very close to Rotterdam Central Station, within five minutes. The security is high. The hotel closes at 9 pm, and you need a key card to enter. It feels safe.

The objective conditions were very good, and many families stayed there. There were some unpleasant incidents along the way, which were not particularly pleasant. In the end, they were resolved through Ctrip, although it was not satisfactory.

Great pier! It was extremely windy outside. Inside the pier you could hear the wind, but it was cozy and the ocean view is great. There are a lot of food options to choose from, clean facilities and nice atteactions like a ferries wheel, zip line and Bungee jumping (we only came for food).
