Clean hotel, one or two things were missing, good service.

In retrospect it was a bit far from Ahoy, but otherwise a great hotel!

The location is very good, perfect option for easy transportation, there were mosquitoes in the room :( and there was no garbage, only garbage in the WC, there was no kettle etc.

One of the cheapest in that region. But the house keeping service was not good. I stayed 11 nights, 3 of those days someone put the don’t disturb card on my door to avoid cleaning. On the passages there was spiders nest. But other personals at the reception was very helpful and nice.

I have booked this hotel many times. The price is very reasonable, and the location is also very good.

The transportation is very convenient as it is right next to The Hague Airport in the Netherlands. The price is quite affordable for the Netherlands. The bed was also quite comfortable and I slept very comfortably. The service staff is very friendly. It was a perfect accommodation experience.

The room was beautiful but there was a lot of areas missed for cleaning. Beside bed , back of big mirror etc. skirting edges all thick with dust. Our first observation was the uncared for front door area and mat which gives a poor impression. Also dirt in door runners on lift floor. Shame as such simple things. We did mention cleaning our room and the rather worn carpet was vacuumed better that day...

We stayed for 1 night before crossing out of Rotterdam. We loved our stay here! Warmly greeted immediately by staff. Room was large and charming as pictures. Easy 10 minute walk to cruise terminal in the am.

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the metro for easy access for day trips. Their breakfast was lovely and the small hotel bar was very cheerful.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with high quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. They offered more bread than we could eat and they were delicious. We also like how the hotel will plant a tree if we decide to skip room cleaning service for a day.

Had a short, but eventually nice stay. Very well located so was able to get there late at night , but next to the trainstation so despite the bad weather that night, a nice room with a view made up for that.

It was great. Really central. Literally in the middle of the city. Very convienent to the metro. All 3 beds were great and there were no sofa beds.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel PLAZA Premium Den Haag City Center! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of shops and attractions. The hotel is spotless and well maintained, and my room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and proffesionel. The location was great. The front desk was nice. We only did one night so we didn't use all the facilities like the gym. We did get the breakfast and it was good. I like what they had for choices. My only issue was the room size. The rooms are nice but barely room to move around with two people.

A really decent hotel for the price. Very difficult to find any fault with it really. Location - amazing. Right in the town centre but no major noise issues as you'd expect. Easy to reach from the train station. Rooms - very comfortable and clean. Staff - didn't interact with them much but they were very welcoming and professional. I fell in love with the Haag. The Ibis hotel was excellent. My room was well designed. Great breakfast with lots of food choices. I will be sure to stay here on my next trip.

Recommended for any and all new or exchange students attending and settling in to TUDelft for the first time. This is a great choice if you need something centrally located to public transport and not too expensive. The room is comfortable though basic, and the service is good. Not fancy, but excellent at what it does. The free laundry was a very nice convenience!

It's great experience as place mix hotel, permanent room renting, co-working spaces, leasure areas and get together spaces like gym, ping-pong, projector (saw Spanish La Liga match there!) etc. Hotel rooms are spacious, very comfortable. One small minus is the quite tricky variable light intensity control. Breakfast in the bar is nice and tasty. All is topped with very friendly staff.

The Perfect room and Hotel for a Family Trip in Den Haag!

Excellent staff, really helpful and welcoming. The room is always neat and super clean, nicely decorated and with all one might need to relax or work. I really appreciated the silence and the tranquility of the rooms and the neighbourhood. It's my second stay in this hotel, and I am looking forward to coming back!

Very cool hotel in a convenient part of the city…can walk to several different tram/bus stops to get around easily.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and shower was big. We appreciated the small fridge and the cold jug of water. It was easy to walk to all the sights we wanted to see, and there were several restaurants nearby to eat at.

The place was decent, however there was a smell that smelled like a hospital and it wasn’t pleasant. Also the rooms did not have any hair dryer, as all the places we stayed at had. The windows didn’t open, lack of window. Room size was small.

Good location and readily located to many sightseeing points. About 18 minutes walk to the Central Station. Environmental friendly, but need to be aware that there is no coffee and tea in room.

The room was really just big enough for sleeping, but the staff were all very kind and I felt at ease staying there! However, it's a bit far from Hague Central Station on foot, so it was difficult to pull a carry-on. There's a street-level station nearby, so I think it's a good idea to use that if walking is difficult! The view from the window was amazing!!

The room was small, but the location was okay. It's close to everything. The Maurizio Residence Museum, where you can see the famous "Girl with a Pearl Earring," is just a few minutes' walk away.

I have stayed here many times and this time upon check in there was only one person on..around 1520 hrs. After being on the road from 0900hrs with trains and planes was tired already and waited 1hr at the desk to check in. Unacceptable as 1hr out of my vacation ! Not as comfortable as usual. Good if ur on a budget, not if ur looking for something perfect. Decently clean and staff were meh. Very small room. Single bed is narrow and the sheets were a little stained but other than clean and warm. Thankfully did not experience any noise/ disruptions

A spacious room for one person on a business trip. Everything is up to standard and the staff are helpful. The location is quite inconvenient unless you have a car or call a taxi, but this is the only hotel in this area.

Campanile Hotel Gouda offers a decent and comfortable base for visiting the city. The rooms are clean and provide the necessary amenities. Not quite what we hoped for. I made a mistake in booking a hotel further out from the centre. This is a hotel situated on a business park so there is no local charm. I have mobility problems and the hotel was a nightmare, with badly done, retrofitted ramps in doorways. The power point in the bathroom blew the room electrics when we plugged in the hotel's kettle. We were told it couldn't handle anything...

The staff service was somewhat cold. As for the rest, I've already commented on it in another review. They could improve the facilities and room, and do better maintenance, to be considered a 4-star hotel. It's a non-smoking hotel, but I found cigarette butts on the terrace, so the room is just as contaminated.

For a hotel rated 4 stars, the room and facilities could be significantly improved; they were somewhat neglected and poorly maintained. Although the lady preparing breakfast was attentive, the buffet, while seemingly varied, was processed. The crepes and other items were packaged, not homemade.

A lovely property and nice room. The hotel’s location is good, not too far from the tram and walkable into the town. The room itself could do with some renovation - some wallpaper is peeling off, there are stains over the wall and it could do with a good paint and clean. Amazing place. Monique arranged perfectly the stay of my parents on her BBB. They stayed over for a couple of nights on a room and they had a perfect experience. Rooms are comfortable, with all necessary ecquipment. They are clean and silent during the nights. The view towards the water is fantastic!

If we wouldn‘t stay in this beautiful cozy hotel, we wouldn‘t have seen the gorgeous Port of Rotterdam. The rooms are great, very cozy and relatively big. Wow A small but very nice family hotel. The son and father are very helpful, open and very friendly. The stay in this hotel was very nice because the host family have the know-how and gave me a wonderful welcome. Breakfast is also very fine and is personally freshly prepared. Normally, I’m quite forgiving when it comes to the cheapest hostel in town, but this one had some issues with cleanliness and with how the staff handled issues. Although they were clearly trying their best, they didn’t seem able to get the situation under control.

Suggest to visit only if you want to feel the life as a homeless or poor. Facilities and location itself may not be the real problem, but the people living there and around the hostel may be.

I booked a single room for myself. I arrived early so gave them my luggage to put in their storage room, to my bad luck it was stored on the top shelf, with sharp edges (there is a padding usually, but on this specific shelf they put my bag on it was not there! so the sharp edge pierced through my suitcase and create a nice hole in it! Walking from the hostel to the square Great location within 1 minute 😀 At night, the surrounding area was quiet and I was able to rest comfortably. The living room is not large and closes at night, but it doesn't bother me because the plaza is like a living room.
