I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The room is spacious, and the breakfast menu changes daily. The hotel's location is excellent, with free parking downstairs. Although the in-room facilities are a bit dated, it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's a peaceful spot right in the heart of the action.

Good hotel with very good service. Check-in and check-out were super fast, and the staff were very friendly. However, there's no free parking in front of the hotel; it's all paid. You have to go around to the back, and even then, there were only 8 parking spaces. But overall, everything else was good. There are restaurants, cafes, and a currency exchange right opposite the hotel, plus a petrol station and many massage parlors for both men and women nearby.

The hotel staff showed absolutely no interest in guests. The room was rundown. The bathtub was broken and cracked, possibly leaking to the floors below. The hairdryer got hot without even being used and smelled like burning. No slippers, no bathrobes, no toiletries. No currency exchange. We booked a room with a mountain view, but got one overlooking a dumpster instead. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The hotel is decent, offering good value for money. It's suitable for short business trips, though the bed is a bit soft. Breakfast has a Middle Eastern/Indian subcontinent flavor. As pictured, there's a Turkish restaurant nearby, so you can find food you're used to.

Nice space. There is an outside setting area.

However, car parking is an issue. Very limited space. You are likely to be forced to park and then across the street.

It happend to be my son birthday and we were anxious to celebrate it with a delicious and overwhelming cake. We placed an order for a blackforest custom printed cake exclusively. We ended up paying 45.000 OMR for a 2kg printed cake and thought its worth doing so.
The irony about the delicacy was horrible and totally disappointed. Besides the print requested was awesome. But what can one do for a cake not being a cake...the base of the cake was horrible. This is for the notice of alkhwair manager: Not to undermine on spoil your reputation. When you cant promise the taste no point in decorating with diamonds..
