- Breakfast was good but it was the same for the 8 days we were there.

This place is absolutely amazing, and I have a really good feeling about it.

Rooms charge 15Oman riyal, lift available, parking available, wheel chair accessibility not available, spacious room and bathroom, calm ... Tv was not working, hot water available, drinking water not provided , u need to buy. Room service not available. one or two food shops and one grocery store , barber shops available nearby. The only advantage of this hotel is , it's near or ten minutes drive from the airport. For a short stay, it's ok.

Great hotel to stay in if you plan to walk to the Grand Mosque in the morning for a tourist visit. By walk, its just 15 mins from this hotel to the mosque.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed very comfortable. I had done my reservation on booking.come

There are eateries, atms and other shops around this hotel. There are also 2 big supermarkets in walking distance (Although no one walks in Oman :P )

I stied 3 times with mh family but last time was really bad . The beds seems not cleaned since lonv time and dirt with somethings like food , or something you can juss it
Too much small cockroaches ، bad smell , and not prepared even we reserved by booking. My wife got skin sensitivity and did not sleep well at all .
I dont know what happen , it is seems that we stay in different hotel but same name and same building.

Small Hotel at Heart of Muscat, very near to the Grand mosque as well as other large shopping malls. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The Staff are very friendly. The price is extremely cheap compared to nearby hotels.

Delicious food & very nice ambiance

Tried beef kare-kare; filipino ox tail soup with aubergine and long bean in nutty sauce and it's good. The service is quite slow though. Have to wait for the food around 20 minutes and it's not crowded.
