The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

The hotel was too noisy as it's right by the road. The breakfast selection was very limited, and an extra breakfast for a child was quite expensive at 10 riyals, which is about 180 RMB. They also charged adult prices for a 13-year-old child, and it was the first time I've ever encountered a service charge for breakfast. Overall, the hotel wasn't good value for money; it was just mediocre.

Loved our stay here! First and foremost, service was great from check in, to breakfast, to check out. Loved having a kitchen and several rooms, yet it still truly felt like a hotel stay, just with additional space. The gym was fantastic - it had everything needed for a good workout As the equipment was new, fresh and in great condition. As for the breakfast it was really good and had a nice selection of items. Finally, the sauna was lovely and hot, though the jaccuzzi was unfortunately broken so that was a big minus. As for the location it was in an area with lots of shops (in particular gold/jewellery) so for anyone wanting to shop it is great. It is also pretty near a park and also the beach is not far off. I will also have to comment on the traffic noise you can hear - though not too bad it is noticeable. All in all a really good stay, would recommend this hotel for sure!

Breakfast felt improved today, and the boiled eggs were delicious! Muscat hardly has any high-rise buildings, and this hotel is only seven stories tall. The swimming pool is on the top floor and there are two: a round one for kids and a square one for adults. The view is quite nice.

Thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality from arrival to checkout. The room was spacious and kept very clean. We had a great stay, and my family will definitely be coming back again.

The experience was truly exceptional. As a travel planner, I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this stay was on a completely different level. What stood out most was the unique sense of calm and serenity throughout the hotel.

Everything felt perfectly organized, yet never hectic or stressful.
The rooms were immaculately clean at all times, and I would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. Every detail was handled with care and precision.

The breakfast was excellent, and special recognition goes to the Breakfast Manager, who was incredibly attentive and always seemed to anticipate our wishes before we even expressed them.

I would also like to especially thank Mustafa, the hotel manager, for his professionalism, warmth, and leadership. His presence and attention to detail clearly reflect in the overall guest experience.

For me, this hotel was the perfect base for my business trip in Muscat. It made my days easier, more pleasant, and allowed me to go to my appointments feeling relaxed and energized.

My children absolutely loved the hotel — especially the rooftop pool and the friendly atmosphere. They quickly connected with other lovely guests, friendships were formed, and even new business connections emerged for us as adults.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat and will certainly be recommending it to my high-end clients in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The location was great, and overall it was a relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The suite included a full kitchen, which is great for longer stays, along with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Everything was very clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location is also convenient — about 15 minutes by taxi to the Grand Mosque, which is ideal if you’re here as a tourist, and around 25 minutes to the airport via the highway with no traffic during my trip.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
