Staying one night here is an experience in itself, starting with the scenic drive to the location, which can be done with a regular sedan car. The setting is extraordinary, well-equipped, and perfectly integrated into the wadi. The rooms are clean and have everything needed for a comfortable night.
Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. In the evening, there is a campfire and live music played on a traditional string instrument, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The area also offers various activities such as cycling, kayaking, and hiking to Wadi Al Arbeein.
The only aspect that could be improved is breakfast, which was a bit limited compared to the excellent dinner. Other than that, the location is outstanding and definitely worth a visit.

The location is incredible! The rooms are very clean, and the dinner and breakfast are delicious. In the evening, we enjoyed live music and a bonfire. In the morning, the hotel staff clean all the cars in the car park which was really nice. You do NOT need a 4x4 to get there.

Wadi Al Arbeieen Resort is a beautiful place to stay, and we truly regretted having only one night there.
From the very beginning, the team does everything possible to ensure guests have the best experience. Even before arrival, a helpful video is provided to guide you on the correct road to take, rather than the one suggested by Google Maps.
The room was very nice and clean, and everything we needed was provided. Both dinner and breakfast were served buffet-style and were very good.
We were especially lucky that, on the evening of our stay, a fire was lit after dinner and a local musician played the oud and sang traditional songs. It was an unforgettable experience for us.
We would recommend this place without any hesitation.

Very secluded location 5mn away from the wadi start, friendly staff, great setting, wonderful food. The hotel manager helped us find a guide to take us to the big waterfall which was truly amazing. The dinner’s buffet style was delicious and the setting near the campfire created a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are not fancy yet very comfortable.
Highly recommend if you plan on going to the wadi.

The real draw to this place is the location - remote, with its own wadi its a fantastically tranquil retreat. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, breakfast is simple continental style but does the job and the staff are lovely, incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. Our flight was delayed so we sadly didn't get to experience this place in its full glory but we would happily return.

This place is located right in the Wadi & it’s good to have a 4x4 to get there. The host is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are modern & clean. From here, you can start an amazing hike not far from the accommodation. We’d come back any time!

Had high hopes for this place, and in some ways, these hopes were met but in others we were let down.
The natural pools are not at the hotel as portrayed in their photos. You have to drive ten minutes on dirt road to get to the natural pools. They’re disused and there are signs that say not to swim, but we were told we could swim. There is one stagnant natural pool outside the hotel, but it’s very small and not inviting. The swimming pool at the hotel was empty. There was a lot of dust bunnies in our room, around the bed etc.
The dinner was great. The breakfast wasn’t.
The owner was pleasant the day we arrived and made a fire for us after dinner, but was not there in the morning to give directions, guidance, or help us check out. We enjoyed the Omani coffee and dates when we arrived.
Overall, it was okay but not an absolute must see or must stay during your trip.

Excellent hospitality service by Mr. SHIHAB who is also the owner of the property. Right from the check in, giving tips to go where, dinner, bonfire, breakfast and showing his farms etc....he is everywhere! I am sure he does this with passion and can see that. The rooms are good and amenities are moderate. The villagers are very generous which reminds the Omani Hospitality. Come at the place as early as you can and you won't be disappointed. Dinner is quite good and tasty don't expect much as its difficult to bring the stuff. They provide kayaking and bicycle 🚲 also on request. I would definitely recommend this property for a holiday. The advantage of this place is even the small kids can even swim opposite to the resort of course with swimming safety gears. There is a pool also inside the property but not temperature controlled.

We visited the hotel. We were attracted to the resort because of its location, and because it listed itself as a pet-friendly hotel on Booking.com. During the first visit we had a great time, hiked the wadi and used the hotel's paddle board. The food was simple but sufficient. We booked to return again. The hotel was still listed as dog-friendly. However, two weeks after booking, on the morning as we were preparing to depart we were contacted by the hotel who informed us that no pets were allowed. When we said that it was too late to rebook, they changed this and said the pets could stay but wanted to charge an additional five rials per dog. As the hotel advertised itself as pet-friendly, and we had been awaiting the booking for two weeks, we were unimpressed with the very late information about their pet-policy.

You stay in the actual wadi itself! It is an amazing experience!
You can wake up and go for a nice hike in the wadi right from your room. It is a stunning place. We got the resort with a standard car but most people used 4x4. You will need to have experience with off road driving and have a keen senses. I used the low gear in the automatic transmission and made slow steady progress.
