He was overjoyed to find a separate bed prepared for him, spent hours dancing on the balcony during a wedding, and enjoyed the children’s play area and pool, even though the water was colder than other pools

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful palace. The service was excellent: the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, some improvements are needed in the rooms

The location is another big plus: right near the beach, making it easy to enjoy a morning walk or a relaxing sunset. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Muscat was a wonderful and memorable experience. While the breakfast variety was limited and not very child-friendly, our 4-year-old son had an unforgettable time

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

Perfect location with private beach and 2 swimming pools, good Services staff so friendly good gym and sauna, steam room facilities. First time in Muscat but not last, will definitely will come back, highly recommend.

A stunning hotel centrally located with great access to Quyum beach

The W Hotel Muscat exceeded all expectations. From the elegant decor and stunning sea views to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. The room was luxurious, the dining exquisite, and the spa a true sanctuary

From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible

Swimming pool is nice but it is messy with slow turnover of towels and cushions are missing. Ba Ban restaurant is really bad for Chinese food…

The pool area is great, with different depths (1. 3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus

The service was horrible, they kept me for 45 minutes to check in, at the end they offered the first floor sea view which was impossible to see anything i paid extra for the view

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts

Our second stay, this time in a smallish room (Serai) but with an unobstructed view of pool, gardens and sea. Comfortable bed, great service all around, very good breakfast

The Beach Restaurant is serving very delicious food. You can hear the sound of the waves too.... Service was great. The beach has some pebbles, make sure you wear your slippers.

Would only recommend if cost is your primary concern. On one hand, my bed was surprisingly spotless, there were no bugs in the room, and the front desk was helpful. Amazing location a few minutes walk from the beach

Just 300 mtr to the beach, posh location. But not well maintained, this was once a top hotel now just below average. Loud noises from the bar can be heard till late at night Food options are extremely limited.

For me, this hotel was the perfect base for my business trip in Muscat. It made my days easier, more pleasant, and allowed me to go to my appointments feeling relaxed and energized

The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

As for the location it was in an area with lots of shops (in particular gold/jewellery) so for anyone wanting to shop it is great. It is also pretty near a park and also the beach is not far off

I was able to walk to the old Souq & some other places (not the shortest walk, check out the distance on google maps) restaurant was great downstairs with cold beer. Highly recommended for other budget travelers!

Ideal location for Mutrah which you can walk to the centre and the water within about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff and friendly. It’s not 5 star accommodation but good value

In my triple room, the headboard was designed for twin beds, and the third bed felt like an afterthought. There was no electric kettle, and the bathroom was tiny

Unexpected stay after Oman flight was delayed and this was ther contract hotel, happy for the bed for, 12hr delay nice sports bar and large pool table.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient dining nearby. It has a swimming pool, gym, bar, and is generally good.

The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure

Need transportation to get into Muscat city centre and the taxis tend to charge more for tourist. The hotel itself is quite good with a very big gym and swimming pool

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable

Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served

At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak

Nice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked

Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid

Pointed this out and was given a double. next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor

Many thanks to the head manager: he helped with changing the room, calling a taxi, allowed us to leave at 2 p. He offered to take us to the airport when our car was delayed

Service was polit and there was an extensive menu. Additional guidance on the menu explaining the dishes would have been helpful. Bar and restaurant downstairs also closed

This was incredible well equipped and impressive. There was also a shower facility there as well. This was located adjacent to a large lap-style swimming pool that was also used for swimming lessons

I selected the Al Madinah Holiday Hotel due to its excellent location and proximity to the Airport as well as the City Center. At first, being located in a manufacturing zone seemed curious, but it works

The water was a comfortable 30°C. An on-site restaurant served the hotel and would make amazing smelling Indian cuisine, especially veggie or chicken Biryani. My room was clean and comfortable

The area was actually quite quiet, and the hotel was extremely comfortable. Whenever I had a question or a problem, Mohammed S. in Reception was there to help. , and Moses in the fitness area

The only problem is that the supporting facilities nearby are not complete and there are few places to eat. It is not as convenient as in the UAE or Qatar. The weather in Muscat is very hot

It's a good enough hotel for the price. It could use a little improvement in their food selection and taste. It's also located in a nice area. Close to the beach, and to many restaurants and stores.

When I first arrived , I was so exhausted due to the lack of sleep and the reception desk was trying to confirm my room which was taking a couple of minutes

Our room looked out onto the beach - and had a small balcony - which was primarily for fishing. A public beach for bathing etc,

The highlight of the day was grabbing buffet breakfast on the front terrace immediately after my morning run. The buffet was a simple healthy spread. A coffee and tea station was available all day

A very nice and sociable breakfast area in the garden. Located on the beach, it's very bright and open. The staff were friendly, and any problems were resolved quickly and courteously

We also got many tips off fellow travellers as you have created a kind and helpful atmosphere. Thank you We did a fabulous hike behind the Mutra fort. We loved the restaurant Ocean the vegetarian curries were exquisite

My wife and I stayed here three nights and it proved the perfect place to start our Oman vacation. The hotel is run by a German guy Oliver and staffed by a friendly team of Filipino ladies

The hotel is in a safe and quiet residential community, on the beachfront road that ends 100 metres from the hotel. A short walk gets you to a superstore and local coffee shops

Old construction but inside the rooms brand new toilets and showers - which is the most important for us! Overall hotel is big and I can just imagine how cool and full of life it was just a few years ago! Good,in my first room Ac, fridge was not working, ceiling fan was making lots of noise, I informed the lobby and changed my room. My second room was ok

Behly's Hotel is an amazing place, a hidden gem located in a very upscale residential neighbourhood and a two minute walk to the beach. The staff are incredible, and will make you a breakfast that is second to none

The property is in a strategic location: very close to both the airport and the port from where excursions to the Daymaniyat Islands depart, and just a short walk from the sea, with a wide and almost deserted beach

The owner gave very helpful advice, including about using the local taxi app. There is a great café nearby on the beach. Great walks along the beach - fun to see local people meeting up for chats, picnics etc

The pool is really lovely and long, so you can have a good swim - and very welcome for relaxing. Service really could not have been better

Lovely property. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great breakfast. We had an overnight flight and arrived early and the owner accommodated an early check in. We had great stay and I highly recommend this property.
