Good hotel to stay in and excellent service

We had a wonderful event today at Crown Plaza hotel. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, good DJ , staff are friendly. I would like to thank Mrs Nikita she gave us good service and best organized for my daughter birthday

The Crown Plaza has been wonderful to stay at for all 48 hours with 18 hours of travel either side. Great hotel, great service, great people

The shops and restaurants just down the way are best accessed by foot out the back past the pool

The room number turned out to be the last four digits of my Chinese mobile phone number! The Grand Hyatt exceeded my expectations by a lot; it was absolutely gorgeous at night

Abdullah served us in the breakfast area, and his service was excellent. He always had a warm smile on his face and spoke very politely, which made the morning even more pleasant

The hotel environment is quite good, and it's not far from the surrounding attractions. The dining area has a unique charm. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall stay experience.

Room looks a bit tiring and the carpet doesn't smell good. But I think at the end they make up with the service provided by the staff

Friendly staff, breakfast buffet with ambient music and small pool. on the roof. Unfortunatelly sound isolation in room isnt the best one.

Arrived at the hotel at 5 am for a transit period for next flight. The airport was a 15 min ride in a taxi. Used airport taxi and only cost 8 dirams. Check in was fast and team at reception were polite and expedient

We got to shower and sleep, and in the morning, enjoyed a good breakfast – absolutely fantastic, especially after being in Asia. We then went to the beach, having gotten a pass card beforehand

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

A special mention goes to Gowtham from Room Service – he was incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive to every detail. His professionalism and warm attitude really made a difference during my stay

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized

The place was clean and whatever the extra amenities you need, they provide that. Staffs were friendly. Room was spacious. No complaints, no disappointments. In fact, I was very satisfied with the stay

Comfortable mattress and pillows. Delicious food (we tried hamoor and grilled meat). Wonderful room service (generous, regular and fast). Empathetic service provided by the front desk (particularly Mr Bassil)

Our second stay, this time in a smallish room (Serai) but with an unobstructed view of pool, gardens and sea. Comfortable bed, great service all around, very good breakfast

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts

The Beach Restaurant is serving very delicious food. You can hear the sound of the waves too.... Service was great. The beach has some pebbles, make sure you wear your slippers.

The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other

We had a fantastic stay on all parts.the only thing O can think of was that the chicken teriyaki we got on the Asias restaurant was cold.

Fantastic time in muscat. Yasmin is the best. She checked in on us throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet and the chai is delicious. Also Jaffir at the front desk is extremely helpful and kind.

This is not one of the better hotels in Muscat. It's ok, the buffet diner and breakfast was good and you can choose to sit in or outside the restaurant. There is a reasonable size pool with a beach bar just beside it

My family and I have been here due to flight delays and we have really enjoyed ourselves! The staff are very friendly and the manager has been nothing but amazing! It has been really busy here due to the flight delays, however he has made sure to check in on us and others daily! I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Oman! Al kuwair is the downtown of Muscat with lots of Turkish restaurants. We stayed 2 days , our room was good but basement parking space is very conjusted. After all that area parking is little tight

Beautiful hotel in Muscat with an awesome design and a very comfortable room. The space felt cozy and welcoming even without a view, I was really happy staying there

The hotel is in a good spot in the city. They have a free parking. The room was a a bit old and there was only one towel in the toilet. But for the price it was convenient

They also charged adult prices for a 13-year-old child, and it was the first time I've ever encountered a service charge for breakfast. Overall, the hotel wasn't good value for money; it was just mediocre

For me, this hotel was the perfect base for my business trip in Muscat. It made my days easier, more pleasant, and allowed me to go to my appointments feeling relaxed and energized

The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

The gym was fantastic - it had everything needed for a good workout As the equipment was new, fresh and in great condition. As for the breakfast it was really good and had a nice selection of items

I will also have to comment on the traffic noise you can hear - though not too bad it is noticeable. All in all a really good stay, would recommend this hotel for sure!

A pleasant, cozy hotel in a convenient area. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruwi bus station. A bit dated, but still comfortable. Good price, and hearty, varied breakfasts

The staff were friendly and polite. We needed to extend our stay, and they managed to find a solution even though there were almost no rooms available. The room was spacious and clean

Know this is a 3 star hotel only. Would recommend to stay if on a budget. Sound proofing was not too good but I don't mind as most of the time I was out

It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. Most of Muscat's interesting sights are no more than 20 minutes away by taxi. Oman Avenues Mall is within walking distance. The room was large, clean, and everything was new

The reception staff even assisted us in booking a taxi at a very low price; we got to the airport for less than 2 rials. On our checkout day, we left our luggage in storage and went exploring the city

Car rentals are also readily available. A large shopping mall with cafes is about a 20-minute walk away. Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is also nearby. Overall, the hotel left a very pleasant impression
