First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

Good hotel. It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. Most of Muscat's interesting sights are no more than 20 minutes away by taxi. Oman Avenues Mall is within walking distance. I was surprised that the taxi the hotel arranged for me cost 1.50, but when I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I was charged 5.50 – quite frustrating. We are happy with the hotel. At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. It was better than expected. I went just to the restaurant and the food was ok and it was possible to enjoy the view from the top. Some waiters do not speak english and sometimes was difficult the communication or I had to wait to whom speaks. The windows require a cleaning in order to appreaciate the landscape and the magnificent view, one of the good aspects of the restaurant.

Our stay at the Uni Hotel coincided with Oman's National Day celebrations, and there happened to be a fireworks display at Qurum Beach. It's about a 15-minute walk from the Airport A1 station. Located between the mosque and the old town, with plenty of food options downstairs. The room's cleanliness was decent, but the spice smell was way too strong; I had to open the window to air it out.

The people of Oman are very welcoming, and the hotel service is excellent; they'll try their best to help you with any problems. The rooms are clean and quiet, and it's great value for money. Highly recommended!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I underwent quarantine fro 2 weeks here prior to my arrival in Saudi Arabia. The food provided during the stay was quite good, and the view from the window — with its hilly terrain — was both peaceful and enticing.

At any hotel we receive free water in the fridge but over here no water when you call the help desk please call 6 the restaurant!!!! Did it cost you alot of money? To keep water at the room!!!!

Not really satisfied with our stay here. We had booked a suit and the rooms were big & spacious. But the lighting is really bad. And they don't even provide water or tea bags, for the price they had charged us! When we asked for water, they charged us 700 paisa for just 1 bottle of water. Absolutely ridiculous. And the kettle they provided had a foul smell.
