We stopped over only for.lunch specially curated for our group. It's interiors is intricate with chairs of old wood and carvings

It was all very nice. Big place and many amenities. I liked the gym and the room. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights and were very satisfied. The service, hygiene and environment were all very good, and the transportation was also very convenient.

The facilities are great, it's good value for money, it's quiet, and the best thing is that there's a Japanese restaurant in the hotel!

It was unfortunate we couldn’t get to check in earlier because we arrived earlier so we stayed at the lobby for 9-10 hours despite many emails sent to give them a heads up. Overall our stay was decent. Breakfast was good and service was good too.

Today, i checked out followed by the 2 nights stay. Neat and Tidy and a good ambience. Mainly gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi are elegant. Good customer care, wonderful receptionist on both the shifts, Niranjan and onother one guy in the reception all were helpful. Let me add some good clicks 📸

Beautiful hotel in Muscat with an awesome design and a very comfortable room. The space felt cozy and welcoming even without a view, I was really happy staying there. If possible, adding body lotion in the room amenities would make the experience perfect.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Good hotel with very good service. Check-in and check-out were super fast, and the staff were very friendly. However, there's no free parking in front of the hotel; it's all paid. You have to go around to the back, and even then, there were only 8 parking spaces. But overall, everything else was good. We are happy with the hotel. At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak. Many thanks to the head manager: he helped with changing the room, calling a taxi, allowed us to leave at 2 p.m. (for the flight). He offered to take us to the airport when our car was delayed

Even though the linens were poor quality and it is a bit older, I could get passed that because of the price. However, there is a bar next door that was very loud until 3am.

It was better than expected. I went just to the restaurant and the food was ok and it was possible to enjoy the view from the top. Some waiters do not speak english and sometimes was difficult the communication or I had to wait to whom speaks. The windows require a cleaning in order to appreaciate the landscape and the magnificent view, one of the good aspects of the restaurant.

The service at this hotel was unfortunately mediocre. Upon arrival, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. After we reported this, we were given a room change, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom frequently smelled of sewage, and we occasionally experienced low water pressure. All in all, the stay didn't quite meet our expectations.

Booked this for our 1st time visit to Oman and we stayed here for 12 days. If you are only staying 2-3 days this hotel may be ok - but for longer stays I would not recommend. My overall experience at Muscat Plaza Hotel was somewhat good. Unfortunately, they lacked many things. First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

The hotel is in a rather isolated area, though it's close to the airport. I was surprised that the taxi the hotel arranged for me cost 1.50, but when I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I was charged 5.50 – quite frustrating. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are warm and friendly. There's also a restaurant at the hotel that serves all three meals. Overall, it was a pretty good experience

Arrived in the early morning hours and the reception checked me in promptly. Breakfast was good and value for money. Eggs can be fried to your choice of style. The room was sufficiently big and facilities were adequate. Know this is a 3 star hotel only. Would recommend to stay if on a budget. Sound proofing was not too good but I don't mind as most of the time I was out.

I spent three nights here. Excellent location. Service and accommodation were both good. However the restroom's hot water availability was inadequate. They have a pool with few restriction and a well kept Gym. Breakfast was free, but it wasn't upto par. My overall experience, nevertheless was positive.

This a nice hotel. It is close to main highway like 5 min walk to catch a taxi.. near restaurants and petrol station .. the hotel looks clean from the lobby .. it has a rooftop restaurant with variety of snaks at a reasonable price .. the parking lot is limited .

Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. Hotel is acceptable. The staff is friendly enough to accomodate me. For the price, this is good.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the Airport A1 station. Located between the mosque and the old town, with plenty of food options downstairs. The room's cleanliness was decent, but the spice smell was way too strong; I had to open the window to air it out.

The people of Oman are very welcoming, and the hotel service is excellent; they'll try their best to help you with any problems. The rooms are clean and quiet, and it's great value for money. Highly recommended!

Good location; big room; comfy bed. Outdated furniture and hotel in need of some renovation. Basic breakfast, but ok. Bedsheets were changed almost daily and room was cleaned daily, but every day we either didn’t get any towels or just one, even though we were 2 people. Had to ask for soap/shower gel and hardly got one; no shampoo at all; no hairdryer; TV not working.
