I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by their exceptional hospitality and top-notch service. From the moment I stepped in, Omar and the staff made me feel like a valued guest

This is a great hotel, primarily because of its convenient location. It's super close to all the major shopping malls, within walking distance, which is a huge plus

I truly believe this is hands down the best hotel in Muscat. The service is flawless, the facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is quite slow

There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat during our road trip from Riyadh through Dubai and finally into Muscat, and it turned out to be the perfect stop to unwind and explore the city

Abdullah served us in the breakfast area, and his service was excellent. He always had a warm smile on his face and spoke very politely, which made the morning even more pleasant

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, but a renovation would be necessary to bring this magnificent palace up to modern standards

The suite wasn't as old as I imagined, and Parth, the guy in the lounge, was incredibly nice; my wine glass was never empty

For example, the beds feel outdated, and there is virtually no digitalisation, which is essential nowadays

The pool area is great, with different depths (1. 3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus

The hotel and the staff was so generous and helpful Spacial Mr albuloshi on the reception he was so kind and helpful and he's so nice person. And the food was so delicious and tasty. Thanks to the all staff.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless

The lobby is spacious; I saw many people sitting there chatting and even holding meetings, which seemed quite pleasant. They also have a spa, which is a rare find, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it

Tbh, this is one of the best hotels in Muscat. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

The hotel's breakfast was outstanding. They had Western options and a wide variety of Indian dishes. While not all of it was delicious, it was definitely an interesting experience

Again we were looked after extremely well by the staff and in particular Sonja who was very helpful throughout our stay. The pool is outside the main restaurant and is surrounded by palm trees, seating and sun beds

A very relaxing place to unwind. The hotel is very close to the airport, but it does mean you are not close to the main city centre. However, a 15 minute taxi ride and you can access most of Muscats sights

We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the Christmas brunch- it was outstanding! I would definitely recommend having this if you stay over for Christmas

Best sunset in town, amazing sunset at the pool and sky bar. Breakfast is good and good private beach. Food is surpsingly good, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful event today at Crown Plaza hotel. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, good DJ , staff are friendly. I would like to thank Mrs Nikita she gave us good service and best organized for my daughter birthday

Comfortable mattress and pillows. Delicious food (we tried hamoor and grilled meat). Wonderful room service (generous, regular and fast). Empathetic service provided by the front desk (particularly Mr Bassil)

This was incredible well equipped and impressive. There was also a shower facility there as well. This was located adjacent to a large lap-style swimming pool that was also used for swimming lessons

I selected the Al Madinah Holiday Hotel due to its excellent location and proximity to the Airport as well as the City Center. At first, being located in a manufacturing zone seemed curious, but it works

The water was a comfortable 30°C. An on-site restaurant served the hotel and would make amazing smelling Indian cuisine, especially veggie or chicken Biryani. My room was clean and comfortable

The area was actually quite quiet, and the hotel was extremely comfortable. Whenever I had a question or a problem, Mohammed S. in Reception was there to help. , and Moses in the fitness area

The only problem is that the supporting facilities nearby are not complete and there are few places to eat. It is not as convenient as in the UAE or Qatar. The weather in Muscat is very hot

The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts

Blissfully tranquil, beautiful with impeccable service. For two decades The Chedi still maintains its luxury. Amazing pools, one being 103 meters long! Another facing the ocean

A holiday retreat. The room is a little small and feels a little dated. The swimming pool and beach are definitely breathtaking.

Central Location and Friendly Staff The hotel is located in the business district of Muscat called Ruwi. Parking outside the hotel is ample and very quite at night especially if your room faces the mountain

The staff were friendly and polite. We needed to extend our stay, and they managed to find a solution even though there were almost no rooms available. The room was spacious and clean

It's a 10-minute walk to Ruwi bus station, where you can catch buses to the Emirates, nearby cities, many city routes, and the A1 bus to the airport. There are shops and cafes nearby

It was quiet, and we slept wonderfully. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There's a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer in the room, and they provided an iron upon request

The hotel is decent, offering good value for money. It's suitable for short business trips, though the bed is a bit soft. Breakfast has a Middle Eastern/Indian subcontinent flavor

Nice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked

Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid

At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak

Pointed this out and was given a double. next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor

Many thanks to the head manager: he helped with changing the room, calling a taxi, allowed us to leave at 2 p. He offered to take us to the airport when our car was delayed

Service was polit and there was an extensive menu. Additional guidance on the menu explaining the dishes would have been helpful. Bar and restaurant downstairs also closed
