The room number turned out to be the last four digits of my Chinese mobile phone number! The Grand Hyatt exceeded my expectations by a lot; it was absolutely gorgeous at night. Great place to chill out. Lots of space, great breakfast. Just what we needed for a few days on arrival in Oman.
We had a fantastic stay on all parts.the only thing O can think of was that the chicken teriyaki we got on the Asias restaurant was cold.
The hotel has a private beach and the staff are enthusiastic. However, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. The electric kettle in the room was full of limescale, and even after telling them to replace it, no one did. The toilet also broke.
The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. And more. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other.
