Seriously, DO NOT take a taxi from the hotel! You'll get ripped off! A taxi hailed outside costs 2 local currency (around 40 RMB), but the hotel charges 10 local currency (around 200 RMB) for the same ride. Always confirm the price before getting in! I got scammed, and it completely ruined my otherwise great impression of Oman. The hotel taxi service at the end just spoiled everything!

This is a very good hotel. I often stay at this hotel. Last week, I stayed here again after three months, and the person at the reception recognized me and greeted me warmly. The hotel rooms are spacious. They should provide milk instead of creamer for tea in the rooms so that tea lovers like me can enjoy their tea. The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

The hotel was too noisy as it's right by the road. The breakfast selection was very limited, and an extra breakfast for a child was quite expensive at 10 riyals, which is about 180 RMB. They also charged adult prices for a 13-year-old child, and it was the first time I've ever encountered a service charge for breakfast. Overall, the hotel wasn't good value for money; it was just mediocre.

Breakfast felt improved today, and the boiled eggs were delicious! Muscat hardly has any high-rise buildings, and this hotel is only seven stories tall. The swimming pool is on the top floor and there are two: a round one for kids and a square one for adults. The view is quite nice.

One of the best Hotels in Muscat. I love the swimming pool. All room services are excellent. Convenient car park facility. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. Honestly, upon arrival I was surprised to find the room unavailable, even though I had booked and paid in advance. I waited for almost two hours until they finally provided me with a room. Frankly, it was a bad experience in terms of booking, but the rooms and facilities were excellent considering the price.
